Roberts has done more to tear down any respect to the rule of law and the justice system in the US. He has made manifest the belief that the SC is now a political body and that Roberts is a creature of the Administration and will do Obama's bidding when given his instructions.

When the rule of law dies and the rule by law supplants it, the rule of the gun and tyranny soon follows.

King v. Burwell is the Supreme Court’s “Humpty Dumpty” decision, that the written law no longer means what it actually says, but can be modified “at whim” by the president, to mean what he wants it to mean. In effect, the Supreme Court has just decided to cede all of its power to the president.

my guess is that when his two kid that he is being black mailed on turn eighteen that the left will have a big problem because I believe at one point Roberts saw him self as a man of principal and the hard left was able to get him to break all his principals to protect the children he and his wife adopted.
for any that don’t know he adopted two children in south America that turned out were citizens of Ireland and the adoption he and his wife did was illegal, It is believed that those related to the children are holding this over his head controlling what rulings he has been giving in the court. the reason why all of this is not being investigated is the black mail did not start tell Obama was in office and in control of the justice department. plus the reality for Justice Roberts is that because of treaties if the family in Ireland try’s to claim the kids he has 0 chance of keeping them legaly

If the King is law, there is no point in having a Constitution or a Supreme Court. They just waste the King’s time and serve no purpose. Obama can rewrite his own laws to please his whims. The media can sing his praises, and we will all be happy and unburdened from the drudgery of self-governance. Thank you John Roberts!

The Roberts Court renders the American People unrepresented.

I wish I could say that the SCOTUS ruling is unconstitutional. It violates Article IV Section 4:


The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The people's representatives wrote the law one way; SCOTUS changed it to be something else.

We are no longer in a Republican form of government. What do we do when SCOTUS itself becomes unconstitutional?

A government branch which does not operate according to USConstitutional Law, should be disbanded at best. Acting upon supposed _legal_ traditions instead of US Law, as defined by USConstitution, is just brazen lawlessness; at worst this is treason.

I ask you to carefully consider the words of Oliver Cromwell, Dissolution of the Long Parliament, given to the House of Commons, 20 April 1653:
