Mexicos supreme court has ruled it is unconstitutional for Mexican states to bar same-sex marriages.
But the courts ruling is considered a jurisprudential thesis and does not invalidate any state laws, meaning gay couples denied the right to wed would have to turn to the courts individually. Given the ruling, judges and courts would have to a

oh thats just such Staggeringly Wonderful News// now we’ll be invaded by WetBrokeBack.....types in pairs
Seems such a poor nation would have higher priorities.
Yes, I know they’re becoming less poor. They’re sending all their poor, uneducated, unskilled, unhealthy, criminals, etc., our way.
Once again, if I wasn’t prunk dosting I wouldn’t take such a cheap shot.
I guess Gay Rancheros are now legal down there?
I guess this would help explain the huge influx of “refugees” coming across the border trying to flee from Mexico.
Mexico is sending us their poor, and we are sending them our factories, along with the middle class jobs provided by manufacturing.
aye caramba.
Oh now you’ve done it. Prepare for incoming.
They are just trying to become more like their northern cousins. We think that fagots are ok, so should they.
ROFL!
Mexico is sending us their poor, and we are sending them our factories, along with the middle class jobs provided by manufacturing.

That is exactly what is happening.
I thought it already was.
I think you've got it backwards. U.S. companies and super rich people are driving this.
Ole! Ole!
Remember the not-so-long-ago when the open borders advocates / amnesty pimps told us that all ‘Latinos’ believed in traditional marriage, family units, and would be such a positive influence on USA mores and morals?
It is not backwards.
Fact #1 : People coming illegally from Mexico are poor and low skilled.
Fact #2 : Many corporations have moved their manufacturing operations to Mexico. Thanks to NAFTA, they can then import the manufactured products from Mexico to USA. more easily.
Fact #3 : I never said US Companies and super rich people are NOT doing this. You are exactly right, those are exactly the people who are doing it.
Fact #4 : Congress critters such as senator Rubio & senator Cruz obey their super rich campaign donors and vote for trade pacts.
Years ago I watched a show (It could have been 60 minutes) with a segment about "Johnson Controls."
Johnson Controls manufactured lead acid batteries, among other things. They had a factory in the US where they produced these batteries, and they had a policy that no women of child bearing age could work in the battery factory due to possible contamination with lead during pregnancy.
The perpetually aggrieved asswipes of the universe decided to sue. Johnson Controls argued that their policy was intended to protect unborn children from Lead Contamination and was therefore necessary. The Federal court disagreed. Made them pay all the women who sued back pay as if they had been hired when they first applied. Johnson Controls asked the court if this decision would provide them immunity in future cases where a woman's child is exposed to lead.
The court said no. Not only MUST they admit women to the battery factory, they must also pay for any injuries the women or their fetuses may acquire from working in the Battery Factory.
Johnson Controls said "F*** YOU!" and moved the factory to Mexico.
I would tell them "F*** YOU!" Too. The government has become ridiculous in it's pursuit of the silly, and I don't blame people for not wanting to deal with Bureaucrat bullsh*t.
Thank you for posting details of Johnson Control’s story. But I would posit, that was an exception, in terms of why corporations move facilities abroad. Overwhelming reason is to exploit cheaper labor. And the trade pacts like NAFTA & TPP make it easier for them to import those same products for sale in USA.

So much of Mexico is a backwater, really makes me wonder how important such a measure is.
