Its declassified and made public once its agreed to, Ryan said of Obamatrade in Rules Committee testimony on Wednesday during questioning from Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX) .
“These people are a joke.”
Oh no, this is no joke this is Coup d’Etat.
This is how we fall. One step closer to
a New World Socialist Order. This bill is
intent on nationalizing energy and banning
firearm ownership through treaties. What
other reason would there be in keeping it
secret.
There's a common text in circulation in 12 countries. Substantial "negotiation" has occurred.
It's time to let the American people see those texts so they can determine if they want this "agreement": to move forward on Fast Track, or whether they want to require a 2/3 Senate majority to effect a formal, international treaty.
Of course the counter argument is that we should trust Congress and POTUS to do the right thing.
Which side of that argument are you on?
Ryan is blackmailed too.
Ryan is a snake oil salesman. He is trying to sell you a line of Bullcrap. Really you will believe him. Look what he did to the Military Veterans sold them out for what. Ryan is no different than Odumbass!
They’re not stupid. The Tea Party and OWS can probably agree that most of our elected so called leaders are in the thrall of business and financial powers here and in Davos, Brussels and Singapore.Question is, can anything be done.
Disappointed that my representative Steve King has indicated his support.
>>> America wont survive Obama.
If we put our minds to it, America can survive (and maybe thrive) after Obama.
In reality, America won’t survive the current make-up of “Americans”.
The American Action Network was formed in February 2010 by Norm Coleman?
Those were Ryan's exact words.
Perhaps you can explain how something 'that doesn't exist yet' (as Ryan claimed on TV) can be 'classified', so that it can then be 'declassified'.
I don’t understand why some here are supporting this TPP stuff, do you have any ideas?
The funny part isn’t the treachery of the gop wing of the uniparty. It’s that they’ll spend the next year and a half splitting hairs, trying to make the case that all manner of evils will befall us if we don’t vote and vote for their candidates because they’re so much better than the rat wing of the uniparty.
It’ll be great fun to see.
There are multiple reasons: one of the most significant, as I’ve seen it, is that Cruz is supporting this. There is a type of person who, when choosing a candidate, thinks they’re choosing a messiah.
There is only one Messiah, so idolizing a politician is risky business, indeed.
If their ‘messiah’ is supporting it, it is against their very soul not to fight to explain away anything negative he actually does, so that their hopes in that person do not die.

Paul Ryan . . .
Go. To. Hell.
Now reading it’s chaired by Norm Coleman.
In other words, Ryan wants to vote to pass a secret bill that is not yet written. How is that logical? Mark Levin was discussing this yesterday; it is a hydra-headed monstrosity.
I mainly agree with you. I think that since the US is sitting at the head of the trade table (so to speak) we could afford to have our Congress debate particular parts of the trade agreement and force other countries to meet us somewhere between our sellout President and our protectionist Congress. It would be like good-cop bad-cop.
However, I understand the argument that says that process would complicate things and if we want to get an agreement we need to negotiate in good faith with one voice. And that is why we need fast track authority.
With all of that being said, from what has been released publicly so far, it sounds like TPP is a terrible deal for liberty, the middle class, the American economy, etc...
I won’t call for anyone’s head over passing fast track authority but I will if they pass TPP and it is as bad as it has been made out to be.
The Founding fathers would be shooting by now.

Because Ted Cruz supported it.
