One resident, Benet Embry, a black man, posted on Facebook about the events leading up to the police call. Look, I LIVE in this community and this ENTIRE incident is NOT racial at all, Embry wrote. A few THUGS spoiled a COMMUNITY event by fighting, jumping over fences into a PRIVATE pool, harassing and damaging property. Not EVERYTHING is about RACE. WE have other issues that NEED our attention other flights of made up make believe causes.
In another post he is critical of media coverage of the incident. Ive never seen such irresponsible reporting and miss management of media resources in my life, he said.

Note that the liberal press loves to decry ‘bullies’, except of course when the bullies are black.
“Some had been invited by residents, some had not. An ad for the event had been placed on social media sites.”
If the party was advertised in social media, everyone who saw the as was invited.
If they were doing the activities alleged in Texas after dark, they would definitely be at risk of that, and my understanding is that under Texas law, it would be a good shoot.
The media is doing great harm to this nation. It’s like there are no consequences to their behavior.
Pretty brazen. You kick in our door you have the right to remain dead.
We could create some consequences. Let’s insist that the liberal elite do more to help these ‘disaffected youths’; after all, they created them. They should bus all of these ‘children’ to the Hamptons for the summer and share their place of relaxation. :-)
“If they were doing the activities alleged in Texas after dark, they would definitely be at risk of that, and my understanding is that under Texas law, it would be a good shoot.”
The incident was not at night and nobody was shot.
The difficulty Is that the pool is a “community” pool and anyone who lives in the subdivision can use that pool and each resident can have two guests.
With that, everyone involved either lives there or will have someone that does live there say they were a guest.
With all of that, the officer had no reason to tackle the 15 year old girl and to pull his gun.
The cop will be fired and the city will be sued.
You have the right to remain dead, if you choose to give up the right to remain dead you may be required to vote for Hillary.
The real lesson that everyone seems to be missing here is that you should always SHOOT DJ’s ON SIGHT!!
When an obstetrician is called in for a premature birth one of their first questions is race of the baby. Black females are born feisty and stay that way
Nor am I, FRiend. More like rage. Outrage.
The vapid vermin would do well to note the vast majority of us who do not fear them, and who actually enjoy the prospect of not having wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars spent on self-defense apparati, and thousands of hours spent becoming exquisitely prepared for the coming engagement.
But perhaps we ask too much of the vapid vermin. Such observational awarenesses likely elude them, just as do the productive lives they could have led had they simply made better, tougher choices growing up.
Hey, the world needs fertilizer, too!
Cop-haters hardest hit! Thanks anonsquared.
LOL!
Yes.
The defense of civilization starts right there.
If the chief will not defend shared norms, values, and behavior (culture), then he must be replaced.
Remember early in the Trayvon story when the Left was telling us he was an angel faced, 10 year old little league player?
Or that Mike Brown was a musically inclined, college boy to be?
Well that is exactly the same we are at this point in the Pool Party story.
The left is trying to capitalize on the inertia of the other stories, trying to roll it into this one and make it seem like some all encompassing trend of police racism.
The grievance machine has to be fed.
This time it wants to be said poolside.
Anytime... as I said:
The Chief of Police is also to blame for not backing up all of his officers. Remove him and give the cop who was actually doing his job the position.
Let's analyze behavior: This is savagery. This is Baltimore and Ferguson every festering inner city hellhole. And it only takes one tweet to bring it to our neighborhoods.
My thought is to get the OK to defend my neighbors' property ahead of time, so as to limit my liability.
Now, now, then you would miss out on the opportunity to toss the DJ and all of his still plugged in equipment into the pool which would have brought this entire fiasco to its proper conclusion right quick. Instead all of these miscreants will have a long criminal career costing the taxpayers millions before they finally do something that gets them the electric chair.
But if a thug was taking a crowbar to your car parked in the street - not in your driveway - and you demanded that he desist and he did not desist, my understanding is that deadly force is within the law.
However, good luck getting the police and DA to be sympathetic. You'd be toast and family put at risk, and the cops take your gun too.
No, because the 'ad' was placed by a teenager who had no right to invite people to the pool. The pool is private and owned by the Homeowners Association. The allowed number of guests for a person who lives in the neighborhood is two.
