If the party was advertised in social media, everyone who saw the as was invited.

No, because the 'ad' was placed by a teenager who had no right to invite people to the pool. The pool is private and owned by the Homeowners Association. The allowed number of guests for a person who lives in the neighborhood is two.

And I’m gonna bet that every person there either lives in that community or has a resident if the community who will say that they were their guest.

Trespassing will be hard to prove.

BTW-The 15 year old girl that was thrown to the ground by the cop, was she a resident or a guest?

Do you think the lawsuit the 15 year old girl files on the city will pay out more or less than $1,000,000?
