One of nine bikers killed at a shootout outside a Texas restaurant was a Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient whose family members dispute police claims he was in a criminal group.
An Associated Press review of Texas court records and a database maintained by the state department of public safety turned up no criminal history in Texas for Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels. And his son Vincent Ramirez told the San Antonio Express-News that he was not violent.

Interesting how scores of black youth hurled bricks at the police in Baltimore and the cops fled in fear. UNLIKE AT TWIN PEAKS IN TEXAS, THOSE BLACK YOUTH WERE ATTACKING THE POLICE.. IT’S ON VIDEO!!! I guess bricks aren’t considered deadly weapons because I don’t recall a single cop shooting anyone.
It is a piss poor time when all you can think of to do with an evil gang (premise to be accepted arguendo) is to out-injustice the gang. This was supposed to be a quiet meeting. What does Waco have against peace efforts?

No ones biting that this might have been staged as a prelude to Jade Helm. I mean, if you’re the military about to commandeer the citizenry, who’d you like to take off the streets in advance? Guys with guns on motorcycles.. A very mobile and organized force. POOF! Now all in jail. DONE.
Have not heard a word. But the inconsistencies in official statements is very troubling.

I recall another Waco incident where, after the SMOKE cleared, wasn’t what we thought it was. It was the outright murder of a dozen children because someone thought it would be neat to fire INCENDIARY devices into a wood framed compound on a day of 90MPH winds.
