bs.
Charlie Crist tried this crap. It didn’t work then, and it won’t work now.
Criticize Rubio for real problems. This dog won’t hunt.
Clinton’s have to be laughing uproariously....I hope Rubio is NOT the nominee, however.
Rubio lies about his positions on immigration; why would anyone trust him with a credit card?
This crap is like 7 year old news...I didn’t expect it to go away now that he on on the national stage.
He racked up $100K in student debt while going to a state school for his MBA. His personal finances are a mess.
It must be extremely important that we know that his wife is a former Dolphins cheerleader, since it made the first paragraph. /s
Rubio’s never had a private sector job and launches scathing attacks on American workers.
It’s ok....
his accountant goes over the statement line by line and pays the personal expenses with one check
This has Bush scum written all over it. CHarlie Crist tried the same crap.
An illustration of my last response: $$$
Right out of Alinsky’s,”Rules for Radicals”.
This came up in Rubio’s senate race agains’t Charlie Crist. At the time he said he had paid all of the eronious charges back from his personal account. I guess it could accidentally happen but does not look good and did not look good then.
They won't say a word about it. Nobody on either party wants the charges to their party-issued credit card scrutinized.
This is one of those perks of the job that they'd rather not shine too much light on.
When my husband was a Republican County Chair and primary election time came around, we completed a state document listing all expenses to hold that primary election. We received a state check and a special Primary Election account at the bank had to be opened. If we had paid for any personal expenses out of that money, we would have been jailed and the key thrown away. Among other political costs (printing of ballots, etc.), we paid the election judges/clerks out of that money. Every single cent had to be accounted for.
Rubio is not a dummy and he had to know he was breaking a law by paying for new flooring for his house out of that money, plus the other personal items he purchased. I don't care if he paid them back, there is no way he should have done that with that money in the first place.
The article says he didn't pay it back until he was caught. I don't know if that's true, but he never should have touched that money for personal expenses. Since he did that, I would not trust him as he had to know he was doing wrong and he did it anyway.
If Rubio is your man, I hope he weathers this storm. I don't think he will be the final candidate and that has nothing to do with his finances.
More to do about NOTHING!
Luke 16:10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much :and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
Scheming with Schumer was enough.
I didn’t need to know he couldn’t be trusted with a credit card to know he couldn’t be trusted.
At least he paid it back, with Whitewater???
