CNN's Brooke Baldwin is hoping to return to the good graces of U.S. veterans with an apology after suggesting that some of them are to blame for Baltimore's rioting.
The cable news anchor issued a humbling on-air mea culpa Wednesday after making her incriminating statement the day before on live TV but without offering a single scrap of evidence to support such a claim.
"A lot of these young people, and I love our nation's veterans, but some of them are coming back from war, they don't know the communities, and they're ready to do battle," she told Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.).

I bet this is just a trial run, to see how much blowback they get. If she isn't fired, it'll be open season on veterans, most of whom won't be crippled like the Wounded Warriors in Panama City.

She said she was just repeating something she heard ... probably from a DHS honcho who was only one illogical step from blaming the tea party.

I’m a dog and find just about any women of a certain age who breathes attractive and i don’t find her attractive at all.
But she’s right about the veterans. Always taking. Having a free vacation in Iraq, the tourist destination of the rich and famous, stopping off in that cutting edge arena full of night life, Afghanistan, and now flying missions over God knows what exotic and tantalizing country of the day in the Mideast.
