The lesbian couple turned away by a Gresham bakery that refused to make them a wedding cake for religious reasons should receive $135,000 in damages for their emotional suffering, a state hearings officer says.
Rachel Bowman-Cryer should collect $75,000 and her wife, Laurel Bowman-Cryer, $60,000 from the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, an administrative law judge for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries said in a proposed order released Friday, April 24.

These people are literally insane, and most of all this judge, who should not only not be a judge, but be disbarred. Going into a place of business and being told “I’m sorry, I’m not comfortable doing that because of my beliefs” is harassment / distressing according to liberals. Going after someone and trying to run them underground and take away their means being able to put food on the table, pay their rent, etc. due to being a Christian is nonharrassment.
A Federal lawsuit naming the state AG, this judge - in their personal capacity - as well as this “couple” and anyone else involved as defendants for millions of dollars should be filed. They are literally trying to destroy this businesswoman who did nothing to them at all but leave them alone and wanted to be left alone and go after her for being a Christian - going after her because of who she is, what she believes Take it all the way to the Supreme Court if you have to.
Liberalism is a mental disorder. The insane are literally enacting and enforcing public policy.

A lawsuit will keep the heat off Republican politicians like the ones that caved on religious freedom (Mike Pence of Indiana and Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas) and how might it end? If they lose more confirmation the courts and elected leaders are all on the side of tyranny.
And where does that leave “We the people”.....
