Cindy Archer, one of the lead architects of Wisconsins Act 10 also called the Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill, it limited public-employee benefits and altered collective-bargaining rules for public-employee unions was jolted awake by yelling, loud pounding at the door, and her dogs frantic barking. The entire house the windows and walls was shaking. She looked outside to see up to a dozen police officers, yelling to open the door. They were carrying a battering ram.
She wasnt dressed, but she started to run toward the door, her body in full view of the police. Some yelled at her to grab some clothes, others yelled for her to open the door. I was so afraid, she says. I did not know what to do. She grabbed some clothes, opened the door, and dressed right in front of the police. The dogs were still frantic. I begged and begged, Please dont shoot my dogs, please dont shoot my dogs, just dont shoot my dogs. I couldnt get them to stop barking, and I couldnt get them outside quick enough. I saw a gun and barking dogs. I was scared and knew this was a bad mix.

We may be coming to the end of Claire Wolf’s “awkward stage”.
is it ok if I veer way off for a minute. assuming the cops were not just doing their job but also doing it with relish because their pensions may be affected, what is the end game. that is to say, all those that have a vested interest will get involved, but at one point does the scale tip and there is not enough feed in the trough for them all to pig out.
we have politicians, teachers, cops, firefighters, all manner of government workers. at some point it cannot be sustained by us sheeple.

There should be hell to pay.
This is what happens when you threaten the DemocRats supply of money.
So in what possible parallel universe is a court order NOT to contact an attorney constitutional? Judges do not have unlimited king-like power to make pronouncements from the bench.
Beginning with John Chisholm.
I want to hear that a lawsuit has been filed against Chisholm and the corrupt judge Kluka (I believe) that permitted this to happen.
I’m sure the US Department of Justice will investigate.

Last time I heard of something like this was with respect to special Federal anti-terrorism courts and, of course, our dear liberals (and not a few conservatives too) were apoplectic.
There’s been a number of threads about this.
It is to be hoped that the worm will turn and bite the perps on the keister.
The Evil Aunt?
I thought it was a home invasion”
It was,,
I didn’t realize that conservatives were getting harassed that badly in Wisconsin.
If the courts are even in on it there’s really only one box left...
How would a firefight in such a situation even play out, though. Civil wars are not put together overnight.
Well, like I’ve been repeating, this is a spiritual battle too. It might be that Walker is such a plausible presidential candidate that there is huge lefty desperation to give him the “Make Sarah Quit” treatment.
Except conditions in Wisconsin are not as propitious to this kind of stunt as they were in Alaska. This one is getting eyes from all over.
Governors have extraordinary power.
I look forward to learning what Walker did to bring all of those involved in this criminal enterprise to justice.
bttt
Why hasn’t Walker ORDERED the immediate arrest of the judge and prosecutor, then every cop that participated. Remember in the Nurenberg trials, “just following orders” defence still got you the gallows.
This has him in an awkward spot if it was about allegations (however lame) of wrongdoing in a Walker campaign. He has to sit back and let others carry this ball to keep himself isolated from the political stinkbomb here.
