Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has clearly awakened the Washington establishment beast.
Not only is the liberal media and establishment right-of-center coming out guns-a-blazing at Walker over his pro-American worker position on legal immigration, but now Sen. John McCain (R-AZ)the most pro-amnesty Republican there is, someone who worked for years with the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) on immigrationis leading a charge against Walkers new position.
I think most statistics show that they fill part of the workforce that are much needed. We have, and Im a living example of, the aging population. We need these people in the workforce legally, McCain said when asked about Walkers position by mainstream media reporters, according to the openly liberal Talking Points Memos Sahil Kapur.
I do, McCain added when asked if he worries Walkers position makes the GOP look anti-immigrant.
I do, McCain said:
(snip)
McCain is likely to face a primary challenge from either Rep. Matt Salmon (R-AZ) or state Sen. Kelli Ward due to the fact hes abandoned conservative principles on so many major issuesimmigration chief among them.
Others, like Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) joined McCain to also attack Walker for standing up for American workers.

I would love his statement too, if he didn’t reveal in the middle of it that he is the same man he has always been on the subject of letting illegals stay.
The rest is meaningless if that’s his stance.
He cares about U. S. Citizen’s displaced jobs? Not if he’s willing to let those who replace them stay.
The guy is a fraud on this subject. I may not like it, but that is the reality of it.
Retire this moron already.

Johnnie is within reach of his 110th birthday so therefore middle class citizens need to have their wages driven into the basement and pay for all the freebies to a perpetual underclass invasion. His Chamber of Amnesty bosses say so.
The fire from the beltway...GOP included...is withering.
Now is THE perfect time to ask Ted Cruz what he thinks of Walker's comments. And, I don't think I'm the only person that wants to hear his answer.
Jeff Sessions and Chuck Grassley will be the go to guys in the Senate.
If I want immigration policy information I wont go to my competition: Rubio, Rand and Cruz.
I wont go to the most hated Senators: Hatch, Flake and McCain.
I will go to Jeff and Grassley.
Hmm, well they seem to disagree with that notion.
No he doesn’t. He’s a master at capturing white Democrats who still believe in America. That’s how he did it in Wisconsin. This is good.
Juanito will be toast in the next election. His Budweiser bucks won’t save him. JMHO!
Scott Walker didn't have a clear position on immigration until recently, but if this is genuine, his views are clearly moving in the right direction.
This is totally real, like WRASTLIN!
McCain is clearing way for his good buddy Graham who going to run for President. Can’t U see that. They R after Walker BIG TIME.
He said after he went to border he did change on illegals so I commend him for doing so. GOP is after Walker and he has been through many storms and DNC, Media & GOP R afraid of him.
Having said that, some people do sincerely change their stance on an issue upon getting better informed, so I'm willing to give Walker a chance on this one, especially when most of his opponents, with the exception of Cruz, are openly pro-amnesty in one form or another.
I didn't think that it was possible for the GOP to field a candidate worse than Jeb, then you came along and had to remind me of Graham's existence.
Liberal republicans are just liberals. They only wear the Republican moniker out of convenience to get elected.
