Father dies

Father died a few hours ago.
Veteran of Saipan.
It has not quite hit me yet. I was care giver 24/7 for both my parents for seven years. My mother went two years ago.
Just drinking.

Memories you’ll always have. He would want you to live your life to its fullest, you gave more than most people do...Mourn and he’ll be by you as your journey also goes.
We all live just once. We are all meant to die. We all have to face the same pain as humans.

You have done wonderfully well for both of your parents. Your love and respect for them was very evident. You serve as an excellent role model for all of us. You helped your parents approach their last days in the list humane way possible, and they knew you loved them as they loved you.
I thank you for how you honored them, as well as God.
Please know you will be in our hearts and prayers.
Hang in there through the coming days. You will have grief and some relief, and both are fine.
