Father dies

Father died a few hours ago.
Veteran of Saipan.
It has not quite hit me yet. I was care giver 24/7 for both my parents for seven years. My mother went two years ago.
Just drinking.

I was in a fog for 2 weeks when my dad died unexpectantly.

I’m so sorry for your loss. You remained close to your family, giving back till the end. Must have been a fine way to grow up. My time will come in the next few years. My Dad being 84 and all.

Sorry for your loss, but try to think about them being together again. Prayers for you, it ain’t ever easy when they leave us (parents, grandparents, any of them) but they’re waiting for us all, and one day, we won’t ever have to say good bye again.
