LINCOLN, Neb. — State Sen. Sen. Ernie Chambers isn’t backing down.
The state lawmaker froma Omaha defiantly stood Thursday on the floor of the Nebraska Legislature and rejected many of his colleagues’ calls for him to apologize — or even resign — for comparing cops to ISIS terrorists and suggesting he’d shoot a cop if he weren’t nonviolent and had a gun.
“I meant what I said and I said what I meant,” Chambers said.
He said the irony is that lawmakers were discussing freedom of expression on Wednesday, and said it was ignorant and “idle talk” to suggest taking any kind of legal action, since lawmakers are immune from civil or criminal liability in connection with anything they say in the Legislature.
“I’m not going to resign,” he said. “I’m not going to apologize. Why do you think I would apologize?”

Am I incorrect in saying that people that act like this (threats, intimidation, mob, riot) are terrorists?
By the very definition, it seems their actions are terroristic. I highly doubt the solution is political—conventional maybe....

Here it is again for you and this time you should look into his past, the same man who also tried to sue God.
The reason is because him as an elected official who is there to go with law should be telling his voters to not commit crime, not to attack cops, not to do drugs, and to go by the law then if they have a grievance then there is steps one can go.
All this idiot is doing is no different no Holder, Jackson, and Sharpton .

If the man was screaming for ALL cops to be killed I would not even consider defending him.
But in the context in which he spoke in this instance, I do not disagree with him.

So even though he is a “non-violent” man. He is advocating violence; and that’s OK because he has the proper skin color.

OK let me clarify it for you.
An elected official stating he would shoot cops just demonstrates two things.
1. Voters are idiots.
2. This elected official should be telling his own voters to not commit crimes, attack cops, do drugs, be in gangs, rob stores.
It becomes a problem when somebody decides that a police officer arresting somebody for committing a crime, is an "unjustified use of force" by the officer, if the arrestee is a black person who has just committed a crime against some white person.
He’s wearing the right shirt.

Ernie doesn’t have to buy votes, his constituents would vote for him even if he killed their mothers and raped their sisters.
His spewing has gone on since the 60s and his hatred of the police and anyone white and non-democrat goes back before the beginning of his many terms in the state legislature.
He’s an old fart who passes his gas to remind his local idiot supporters that he is there and “fighting” for them.
Plenty of black on black violence/murder in North O but he has always been more about good time laws that let convicts (mostly his constituents) out early to do more crimes and doing away with a hunting season on cougars.
A fine example of a local Jessie Jackass, Al Sharpton, and every other black asshole politician rolled up as a wannabe.
He left the legislature and “retired” to his not in North O residence in a nice peaceful west Omaha area but came back retake the seat after his female successor (also black) was convicted of skimming campaign funds to support her gambling habit.

No, I don’t think he moved back. He just registered an address, probably with a relative or supporter. Lying, cheating democrats.
I don’t hate cops.
I hate the police state this nation is becoming.
Even my relatives who are cops hate it.
But....folks need a paycheck right?
