On Fox News, Greta just reported that the NY Times is reporting that regarding the plane crash in the Alps, one pilot was unable to return to the cockpit during the flight.
or this:
A320 Cockpit Door Panel
Cockpit Door Panel | Cockpit Door Switch
Cockpit Door Switch
UNLOCK
Unlocks door when raised above the detent and held in this position. Door must be pushed to open. UNLOCK is an override and reset selection of any previous action.
NORM
When NORM is selected, it allows the door to be locked when closed. It also allows the door to be opened after an emergency access code entry and 30 second delay in case of pilot incapacitation.
LOCK
Momentarily placing the cockpit door switch to LOCK illuminates the red cockpit access panel light, rejects keypad entry request, inhibits aural alerts, and prevents further access code entry for 20 minutes. The cockpit door switch returns to NORM when released, but remains in locked mode for 20 minutes or until UNLOCK is selected.
There is no cockpit indication when LOCK is selected; therefore, if the door is closed and the cockpit is unattended during a locked period, the door cannot be opened until the timer expires or power is removed from the airplane.

Maybe the pilot in the cockpit was already dead and the door banging pilot was putting on a show for the “black box”/passengers.
Can the auto-pilot be put on a timer?
(I know that’s a stretch)
Ohio is a beautiful state. I especially enjoyed visiting the Amish communities there.
You still end up in the same place...an amazing set of coincidences for a crash that was clearly not a result of terrorism.
I was thinking the same thing...very similar
::I worked at a nuclear research station many years ago. Years before I worked there, a nuclear accident put the army out of the business of creating minimal nuclear power plants for their remote posts. The power plant was to be run by three people. One day during testing, the three individuals working there were found dead. The control rod had been pulled from the reactor, setting off a criticality situation. Eventually it was discovered that one of the men was having an affair with the wife of the one who pulled the control rod
Funny, my neighbor works in nuclear plants and he told me this story, the victim was in pieces on the ceiling about 20 feet up.
Agree.
That’s what I thought.
NBC reported one of the pilots today..the Captain. He looked American. They said he had 20 years of experience.
Nothing about the co-pilot.
Kelly rerouted on this and sidestepped the “T” word, terrorism, repeatedly opting for....did he have a heart attack, was he incapacited, he might have been looking for fame. Leave the obvious out. If you are in the speculating business, like she is, why just speculate about heart attacks, loss of air cabin pressure, did he want fame.....why not complete the circle and mention terrorism. It has been new for the past 14 years in a rather big way.

They blow up so fast, don't they?
Thanks - I was using an early report on nationalities.
Dirka dirka?
Maybe they could give it a test run by placing one on the golfer and Val first.
Actually, my understanding is that the doors to the pilot’s cabin were strengthened after 9/11 so that the pilot/copilot could successfully lockout and prevent terrorists from taking control of the plane.
“one of the men was having an affair with the wife of the one who pulled the control rod.”
She was hot, but it seems he wound up pretty “hot” himself! ;)
What if a flight attendant did stand in for the pilot by going into the cockpit? And the remaining pilot incapacitated the flight attendant in order to do a suicide dive?
That is a definite possibility...either the FA or Pilot could be the terrorist?
