::I worked at a nuclear research station many years ago. Years before I worked there, a nuclear accident put the army out of the business of creating minimal nuclear power plants for their remote posts. The power plant was to be run by three people. One day during testing, the three individuals working there were found dead. The control rod had been pulled from the reactor, setting off a criticality situation. Eventually it was discovered that one of the men was having an affair with the wife of the one who pulled the control rod

Funny, my neighbor works in nuclear plants and he told me this story, the victim was in pieces on the ceiling about 20 feet up.

His body was found pinned to the ceiling by one of the rods from the reactor.
