When some Idaho parents learned last week that a transgendered student was sharing the same bathroom with their teenage daughter, the news didnt sit well with them.
Jacob Smith and Pauline Adams approached the Boise school district, concerned for their daughters privacy and safety. According to KIVI-TV:
The Boise School District explains that under federal law, the district is required to provide access to public facilities consistent with the students gender identity.

“I would like to know what federal law the nonprincipled principal is referring.”
Possibly none, but the people that RUN THE SCHOOLS, whether in Idaho, or San Francisco, ARE THE SAME, and they want it to be that way - so it is.
As long as you are in this country, you CANNOT escape them. That simple.
I had an ultra-liberal uncle who was fascinated by gay culture (as all liberals are) and once engaged him in the topic of gay marriage.
"Suppose I accept the premise that two men can marry. Why not a man and a horse?"
"That's absurd!"
"It's not absurd. What about a man and a dog, or a man and a girl?"
"That's absurd!"
"No, uncle, because the same argument that you're making can be applied to those situations; it's just a lifestyle choice. You and I agree there should be a line, we disagree about where to draw it."
Damn, did that make him mad!
There is no such law. The school is lying.
Yet again...
It was a grave mistake to ever allow the general welfare clause to justify amplifying an overall concern for the welfare of children by requiring them to receive an education to actually having government run schools. This was so wrong on so many levels. We are now seeing the most grotesque fruit fall from this tree. It must be CUT DOWN and that function returned to the private sphere.
At most, government should set only general of standards for the level of education at various age levels. At most, government should provide parents with a voucher that pays the tuition and fees at a qualified school of the parent’s choosing.
Me? We homeschooled. You should too, unless it is just impossible.
This is what is so baffling.
‘She’ is attracted to males.
But heterosexual males aren’t going to be attracted to ‘her’ (because she is really a man) and homosexual males aren’t going to be attracted to ‘her’ either (because she is acting as a woman)
So really, people like this have reduced the number of people who might possibly be attracted to them to near zero. Next they will be demanding partners be provided because there are virtually no people who would voluntarily be attracted to them.
So what if your daughter’s “gender identity” is that she doesn’t want to share a bathroom with a guy who thinks he is a girl?
“Me? We homeschooled. You should too, unless it is just impossible.”
Impossible is a subjective word. For most people, yes, it’s impossible - because they place a HIGHER PRIORITY on maintaining their lifestyle than on raising healthy kids.
But I suspect, in most cases (at least for middle class families and up), there are steps parents can do that may impact their lifestyles, but keep their kids out of this crap. Among them are moving to a smaller house (maybe doubling up the kids in the bedrooms, if needed), or an apartment/condo; giving up the nice new car and keeping the old one much longer; moving closer to work and/or to a cheaper neighborhood, even if that means a marginal neighborhood (but then who cares, your kids won’t be going to school with that gang anyway); and, of course, the usual other things like eating out and vacations.
The first thing these parents need to understand that living in a small house or apartment WILL NOT HURT the kids, one bit. It’s MUCH MORE important that they be protected against this crap (and the rest of the sick culture of our schools) and it certainly helps if the parents stay together.
But I doubt this makes any sense to most parents with kids in public schools.
...and you also have the parents that say “I pay thousands in property taxes for schools and DAMMIT I’m going to get something for it” - I’ve run into those also.
The kid here will be serving her coffee most likely.
“...The Boise School District explains that under federal law, the district is required to provide access to public facilities consistent with the students gender identity....”
Too easy. Just another bathroom designated for freaks which would comply with the law.
“”So this Heterosexual transgendered “woman” used to be a guy? If so, why didn’t he just choose to be an ordinary gay? And how old is this “woman”?””
See - even they are so screwed up they don’t know which end is up and we’re supposed to understand and be tolerant of that stupidity?
No person stands behind this decision, of course. Administrators will send SWAT teams after you, but from under their desks and without ever accepting personal responsibility.
Vile, vile, vile.
It absolutely makes no sense to me....except that these people are really screwed up - and I don’t care what our government says about this.
“It absolutely makes no sense to me”
It makes PERFECT SENSE to me. If you allow people to behave like animals, many will. The whole point of Christianity was to stop that. In this case, you have FLAMING LIBS running ALL our schools, so they will not only endorse this, they will encourage it.
I also remember when sodomites and lesbians said that was all they wanted....privacy in their homes. Many warned that it was not all they wanted, but the powers that be and some dumb citizens believed them. Everyone person is now being told what to do by a small minority of people...bake my cake, do my wedding floral arrangements or go out of business etc, etc, etc,
eroding the foundations
Will the school allow transgenders to tryout for the girls’ teams, too?
Liberal reasoning. Guy can’t admit he might be homo, so he must really be a woman. That way he is still “straight”.
Or the weird ones of “I’m a guy, well, now I’m a woman, but I”m still attracted to women, so now I’m a lesbian”.
So they can demand to change “gender” but retain what was previously normal opposite-sex attraction.
One of the weirdest threads I saw on reddit, was whether or not it was transphobic to not want to date someone because they were trans-gender.
