It is criticism about her hiding her PUBLIC E-Mail. The E-Mail of a Secretary of State is public property in a Representative Republic. She is employed by the People of the United States, who constitute a government by, of and for said people.
What she did was morally and legally criminal behavior and she should be prosecuted as she did it with full intent to hide her public activities.

Ehrmm... no. The reports were that she had "instructed the State department" to release her emails, after they were properly vetted.
Problem is, State does not possess the emails in question. SHE does, on her own personal server in a private residence she owns and controls. Pretty much guarantees that attempts are being made to this day to purge anything damaging from that server by any means necessary.
At least she didn’t pick “Diane Renay,” considering Bill’s history.
