The conference call forces other leaders into Obama's drama, as they really "can't" say no to him without repercussions. I am impressed. This is "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" level of upstagery. I knew he could not help himself, but this really is sickly brilliant (in a twisted way) for this disturbed man.
