Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday the U.S. is facing more terrorist threats than ever and defunding the Department of Homeland Security would be the worst possible thing to do. Some Republicans aren’t supporting a bill to fund the agency unless it scuttles President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration. But the South Carolina senator said he hopes fellow Republicans will allow the immigration issue to play out in court after a federal judge in Texas issued an injunction last week blocking Obama’s immigration actions. What good is a judges decision when obama ignores it as if it didnt happen and continues on with his lawlessness accordingly?

Better to be blamed that fund something the court has shut down. Besides, Homeland defense isn’t worth funding if they aren’t protecting the homeland.
He supports the judge’s decision but wants to fund what the judge’s decision put a stop to.

Well, since the DHS sees Christians, Jews and Tea Partiers as greater threats to security than Jihadists, I don’t think it will be a great loss if it is shut down.

And if Alpha Centauri (a and/or b) were to go supernova, the dems and the media (and therefore also the LoInfos) would blame republicans, so why worry about whether they blame them for a partial DHS slowdown?
The DHS was started in response to an Islamic attack on American soil. Now it seems that there is quite a bit of mission creep. De fund it all.
