A judge in Texas has issued an injunction temporarily blocking President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration that has drawn opposition from 26 states across the nation.
*snip*
But United States District Judge Andrew S. Hanen said Monday that the Obama administration had failed to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act. He ordered a halt to the implementation of the measures until he has weighed the full merits of the case.

Looks like things might get interesting. Let's see if any others follow the lead.
Now let's see if the 0bama administration will pay attention to a Federal Judge.
I'm betting they won't even see this as a setback, and will accelerate implementation instead.
I think we all know he’ll not pay attention. He pays attention to no one.
They said he’s weighing whether or not this stroke of Obamarx’s “pen” is Constitutional, which I don’t see how it can be.
I’m just curious as to whether or not other judges will do this. Somebody’s gotta do something because Congress doesn’t seem serious about stopping it.
Yep, yep, yep, we can sure count on ol’ Roberts to do the right thing.
(ergh, I almost threw up when I typed that)
I agree. Will they obey the judge? A good question to ask Loretta Lunch before any approving this critter to take Eric Holders place
Another cog ! CHECK!
LOL—funny how people project on Roberts.
Oh Jeeze, now the liberals will want to kick Texas out of the union.
The White Hut will ignore the judge's order. Because the judge is a RACIST! /s
The communist party USA only pays attention to a Federal Judge when it furthers their cause.
To those of you who say that Obama will just ignore the ruling, I agree, but there’s just one problem with that. The judge has issued an injunction, so any individual within any agency that signs up an illegal for job status, is guilty of breaking the law and can be prosecuted. Legal jeopardy could even accrue to employers. Am I wrong on this?
The onus is thus placed on the minions, no matter what Obama’s reaction is. He can defy all he wants, but would you risk jail time by ignoring a judge?
I realize this is only a temporary injunction, so that the case merely moves forward, but the neat thing about this is that the STATES have trumped Obama’s edict, not the Republicans in Congress.
Here we see how important it was to win the Governorships and the State Houses in 2014 and 2010. Isn’t this a win for the Tea parties?
CNN, then only a few people know about it then seeing as hardly anyone watches the white house channel
“but would you risk jail time by ignoring a judge” I’m pretty sure pardons will be a dime a dozen if Obama chooses to leave office and will be given to his loyal henchmen like candy at the beheading of Christians.
He’ll announce it as proof that the overall order is legal and this is a minor issue.
If he goes against a court order he is open to prosecution....so this is a big deal. Granted any prosecution would have to come after he is out of office and a republican Attorney general is willing to prosecute!!!
Comparing Obozo to Richard M. Nixon, makes Nixon look like a saint complete with his angel wings..!
