Israel and Hezbollah are at war. On top of everything else that is going on in the world, now we have a new war in the Middle East, and nobody is quite certain what is going to happen next. Israel has been preparing for this moment for more than 8 years. So has Hezbollah.
According to some reports, Hezbollah has amassed an arsenal of 50,000 rockets since the end of the Hezbollah-Israel war in 2006. If all-out warfare does erupt, we could potentially see tens of thousands of missiles rain down into an area not too much larger than the state of New Jersey. And of course the Israeli military is also much more sophisticated and much more powerful than it was back in 2006. If cooler heads do not prevail, we could be on the verge of witnessing a very bloody war. But right now nobody seems to be in the mood to back down...

The Muslim Brotherhood (Egypt), like HAMAS (Gaza), Hezbollah (Lebanon), and Fatah-PLO (West Bank) have charters calling for the destruction of Israel and the West and the stated goal of bringing the entire world under Islam, Allah, and the Prophet Mohammed (Pig Excrement be upon them all).
I used to believe that it was the United States' feckless Middle East policy is emboldening Nasrallah, Muslim Brotherhood, and the other Islamists. Now I believe the truth to be different. The stage is being set for a major Middle East war between Israel and its neighbors. In Psalms 83, the Psalmist prophesied of a future war in which all the nations around Israel would united in a surprise attack. The results will be disastrous for those nations with Damascus and Amman Jordan being reduced to rubble.

I do not understand why Israel has been opposed to Syria, either, for the same reason.
Will the US military follow Obama’s orders to protect the muslims in an all out muslim/Israeli war?

2015 will be a horrible year. The enemies of core Western Judeo-Christian values see this as THE time to move toward their goals - never has there been, and unlikely will be again for a long time, a leader of the only world superpower who truly doesn’t care about (if not actually supportive of) threats against our interests, who will do nothing to stop anything happening outside our borders, and who may even do nothing against direct attack. There is now a 1 year window (as of a few days ago) where he has no electoral incentive (for himself or party) to do anything to stop the would-be dictators, tyrants, criminals, and otherwise violent oppressors from taking action, followed by a 1 year window to cement their victories where the only action he may take is half-baked on behalf of party election interests.
Russia will restore the Soviet Union.
Iran will complete building nuclear weapons.
MB et al will impose Sharia.
Venezuela will impose brutal dictatorship.
North Korea may shell Seoul.
Ethnic/religious cleansing will sweep Africa.
France will suffer civil war.
ISIL will spread, moving fast on cranial ball bearings.
Tangential conflicts will commence.
The Dollar will crash.
All because...the Obama will golf.
Additionally, there is nothing stable about Lebanon. They are controlled by a radical Islamic regime (Hezbollah) bent on the destruction of Israel (then the rest of civilization). And they are backed by Iran...
Israel is vital to the interests of Muslim Despots in the Middle East. If their people were not busy hating and attacking Israel they would be busy killing the Despots.
