anyone who walks up and physically assaults another person without cause, deserves whatever response he receives
and assaulting an armed person...is a sign of a suicidal mental condition... which, obviously, can easily prove “self-fulfilling”
He might want to also look up AZ gun laws and see how well pone carry works from a crime stats standpoint. We seem to have less crime with all this idiotic open carrying we do for some bizzarre reason.

He was - it was under his jacket...the attacker (want-a-be) saw him get out of his vehicle - and the jacket he was wearing came up where the (want-a-be) saw it and then followed him in the store...
So - he did everything correctly - except check his “six” for an idiot coming up behind him...

I would like to point out two things:
1) The attacker used a choke hold. That is assault with a deadly weapon if you ask me. The CCW would have been justified in using lethal force to end the attack.
2) This is a good example of why to carry an alternate weapon. I recommend a locking blade folding pocket knife that can be opened one handed. I also recommend that it be carried in a location that is opposite of the fire arm.
You do realize that 67% of the population has a reading and comprehension skill of a 3rd grader.
I might have shot the guy or stabbed him.

We have several folks in our town who open carry. The cops and sheriffs say nothing about it and no one complains. The libs who live around here are smart enough to keep their libtardness to themselves.
Hopefully Foster will do at least a year in jail and 5 years probation.

Malls and other businesses can ban guns all they want to. People are still going to carry them inside the ban will not matter. criminals carry guns into gun banned areas all the time. it doesn’t stop them and it wouldn’t stop me hahahaha
Can’t say per Florida, but in Texas that would have earned jerking his CCW license. Concealed means concealed.

Years ago my grandfather open carried around town. He was at our downtown festival when a rookie cop saw his gun and walked up to Grandad and set about to relive him of it. The Chief of Police saw what was going on and eased up next to rookie and quietly told him to walk away. Grandad was having fun and the chief knew that if the rookie tried to use force he was going to be down on the ground and incapacitated before he knew what hit him. Grandad was an expert in self defense AND he was a tool and die maker and worked with heavy steel every day. At 60 he could Bench Press 300lbs. and not break a sweat.
In Ohio at the time there was no law against open carry. The rookie just assumed that people were not allowed to carry guns. He only lasted about a year on the force. He apparently got caught shaking down young girls on weed and making them do sexual favors to stay out of jail.
Personally, I hope he now hires some shyster attorney and sues his sorry arse off! He might then learn to mind his own business.
Although, in general I agree with you about open-carry idiots.
I don’t believe mere printing would result in a CCW being jerked.
I can’t believe that if ANYONE sees your concealed handgun, you could lose your license.
