Because he knows those same idiots that we will be paying for free college will be the ones that vote Democrat..the same ones that you see living in their parents mansions while wanting “Social Justice” will be the ones getting the free college

The GI Bill was for returning GIs..
from a grateful nation..
these are not GIs...
the nation is not grateful...
It allows unqualified “students” who have no interests in obtaining an eduction to enroll in community college at no cost to them primarily to qualify for government financial aid such as “free” Pell grants and government backed student loans to use for living expenses and spending money (on top of any other government provided welfare payments)
There has been a huge increase in fraud and abuse of the Student Loan program in the last few years and Obama’s plan will basically expand the fraud and abuse to crash the existing Financial Aid system that middle class Americans depend upon to provide for higher eduction and upward mobility to realize the American Dream by turning the college education Financial Aid system into just another form of transfer payments for our failed and abused social welfare system.

It sounds as though he writes his own stuff, in addition to thinking up the pretense. He’s on his way to becoming the House’s own version of the demented Robert Byrd trying to string words together through the fog of his senility.
