Probably very few of the police officers are aware that Clinton turned down a chance to take possession of Osama bin Laden (in which case the 9/11 attacks probably would never have happened) and that the "wall" between the FBI and CIA which contributed to our inability to detect the 9/11 attack in advance was put there to protect Clinton from having another one of his scandals come to light.
