The rank and file arent happy.
A minimutiny may be underway in the House of Representatives as another conservative has come out to announce that he will oppose Rep. John Boehner in his re-election bid as House speaker.
[Snip]
Another Republican, Rep. Walter C. Jones of North Carolina, said there are up to 18 conservatives who are looking for an alternative to Mr. Boehner. In 2013, there were nine Republicans who didnt vote for Mr. Boehner.

Mr. Obama has been eating Mr. Boehners lunch for years. Early on, the president got the speaker to agree to $500 billion in new taxes. Then, in a White House meeting, Mr. Obama doubled that amount. Mr. Boehner balked, and walked.
But as he drove back to the Capitol, Mr. Obama held a hastily scheduled press conference to announce that Mr. Boehner had walked away from The Grand Bargain. Pwned.
After that, Mr. Boehner vowed to never again deal with Mr. Obama, a pathological liar, but the speaker has, time and again. Now, the rank and file of the GOP are wondering if they could do better than Mr. Boehner.
If it happens, itll happen fast and behind the scenes. But this time, theres a real feeling in the Capitol that anything could happen.

Why is bohner the color of orange?
Boehner’s been all too willing to compromise. But he seems to forget that compromising with bad policy is like adding a little sewage to your drinking water.
Boehner stays and Republicans will go.
That’s as simple as can be stated.
Can the **shole.
I really think Gohmert is cagey enough to outsmart Obama’s sneaky ways.
That's because boehner willingly gives him his lunch!
Obama has been beating him up, stealing his lunch, and making him cry.
He is usually yellow, but he turns red for Obama.
Red+Yellow=Orange
Boehner is nothing but a dealmaker and a capitulator. The man is so compromised that he can’t do anything to upset the Democrats who no doubt have the goods on him. Time for Crybaby to hit the road and let’s get Mitch McSellout to go with him.
WashPost: McConnell Pledges to Avoid ‘Scary’ Excesses and ‘Strident Stands’ of ‘Far Right’
By Tim Graham | January 5, 2015 | 8:39 AM EST
The Washington Post is positioning the Senate conservatives as scary in Mondays editions. Online, the headline was New Senate majority leaders main goal for GOP: Dont be scary.
Liberal congressional reporter Paul Kane relayed that Democrats think that appeasing far-right conservatives will lead to Republican defeats in 2016:
Democrats are dubious of McConnells pledge to avert edge-of-the-cliff moments. They believe he will run into the same problems that have bedeviled House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) during the past four years including the inability to corral rabble-rousers such as Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) to support an agenda that conservative critics will probably view as not bold enough in challenging Obama. Appeasing those far-right conservatives will lead to an agenda that Democrats hope to exploit in 2016.

I’m actually surprised it took this long for a serious challenge to the orange drunk.
Compromise with the left is like agreeing to only half a turd in the punch bowl.
“Why is bohner the color of orange?”
Too many screwdrivers maybe?
It took Americans, in an un-rigged election, to strip power away from zero, then find out Boehner has no plans to weaken zero, then be polled at 60% wanting Boehner ditched, all of this happening within a ~month, for the momentum to build.
The People want their House back.
