A second senior airline industry source has revealed his belief that there is some sort of conspiracy behind the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. As The Herald Sun reports, Emirates president and CEO Sir Tim Clark made world headlines in October when he revealed his doubts about the fate of the missing plane, which disappeared early in the morning of March 8 this year. Now a second senior airline industry source has voiced his doubts about the fate of the plane, with the even wilder claim that the Boeing 777 may have been shot down by US military personnel who were fearing a September 11-style attack on the US Navy base on Diego Garcia.

Makes as much sense as some of the others.
LOL! Marc Dugain is writing a book on this. Perhaps if it doesn’t make one dime he’ll become the new “ShamWow” man.
Doesn’t explain how the plane went off the radar. Diego Garcia is a long way from where it first went black - plenty of time for the military to make it known to the world that it was out of control and being tracked, if that was the case.
Its not strange that it might have been shot down. What’s strange is that no country admits knowing this, when you know they all do. My theory is that it was vaporized by a scalar weapon no one wants to admit exists, possibly even from orbit (which they REALLY don’t want to admit). Reason being a missile or bomb would have left traceable wreckage in the relatively shallow waters where it disappeared, but no such wreckage, not even a scrap, was ever found.
All the 9/11 “truther” conspiracies started in France. No surprise.
If it *was* shot down by us the spooks at DoD and NSA just might have their reasons to keep it hush hush.
You, too, can have your very own set of "plans" for Diego Garcia!
well until better evidence is presented I will stick with my boring theory that the plane flew until it finally ran out of fuel and went down in the ocean. It is likely they will never find it.
I agree with you.
Idle speculation is so, well, you know, idle.
There has been this claim all along, that it was a ‘false flag’ event, and here is one link. Not sure about the website, as I am unfamiliar with it....there is some convincing material here but still falls in the conspiracy theory filed....it does make most sense though.
There was a report of the low flyingplane being seen by locals on a southern island of the maldives flying south, which could be towards Diego Garcia but that’s far away.
The local newspaper reported the sightings, but the national police later said it wasn’t true.
I'd never say "never..."
Good link, thanks.
My idea also. Ran out of fuel, a controlled by the pilot, (or as controlled as such a thing could be), ocean touch down, and then it sunk to the bottom. I think if it were taken down in an explosive way somebody would have run across wreckage somewhere floating around out there by now.
Hunches need to be proved before I’ll buy in.
I’m not against the military shooting an airliner down under the right circumstances. I’m just not convinced that’s what happened here.
Guess who the blame would go to. The United States would be the fall-guy here. Sorry, I’m not buying in at this point.
Speculated...
May have...
Could have...
Would likely...
Good grief. This is a horse—— article.
“One fisherman told me...”
Yikes.
