Cost of Adapting to Climate Change May Climb to $500B, Says U.N. Environmental Agency

As Secretary of State John Kerry and other ministers prepare to join global climate talks in Peru, the U.N.’s environmental agency is claiming that the cost for the planet to “adapt” to global warming could be up to five times higher than previously estimated – a whopping $500 billion a year by mid-century.

Correction: Stenographer of State john f'n kohn-heinz-kerry. And 500 billion/yr? Crap. I thought we were talkin' real money here. I got a suggestion. How about we stop wasting money on another thing that we can't control. Hey "super sophisticated/remarkably smart" u.n. asshats. Can you do the following:

1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.

2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.

3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet’

4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.

5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.

6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.

7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.

Crickets...........

Unlike infrastructure spending in the USA, where probably 20% goes to corruption, kick-backs, donations and sinecures, this would be 100% corruption money.

And after you define all those things, demonstrate your capability to control the climate as you wish.

You can’t do so.

But, but...the models!!!

The U N freeloaders can’t wait to get hold of that half trillion. Apparently, they don’t know that the US cash cow is on life support, having just crossed the $18 TRILLION debt mark, bankrupting future generations if America survives that long. The U N will be MIA when the USA needs help.

If everyone believes in evolution, with its survival of the fittest, then some climate change should be a benefit as over-populated areas die off.

Guess what?

It won’t stop at $500 Billion!

It is an infinite money pit! Because man CANNOT control what he seeks to control! This is the Tower of Babel, part II.

We should regulate the temperature of the sun, while we’re at it. And I think the moon should have it’s orbit moved a little further out, whilst Mars should be moved a little further in.

You know the difference between God and a UN diplomat?
God doesn’t think He’s a UN diplomat!

Before they make any claims for what their “models” forecast for the next century, they need to initialize the models to the conditions of 1914, then run a 100-year forecast that matches the actual observations for the last century.

But they won’t do that, because they can’t.

Their models are “unvalidated”, and thus useless as predictors.

They need the money to hold conferences and think-tanks in dozens of cities.

Hotels, air fare, all of that expensive food, not to mention the hookers and crack, is going to pay for itself!

Dollars up in smoke. That’s all this is about. It’s taking the U. S. and Europe down.

The U. N. can’t reign supreme with other powerful entities out there.

The sooner the U. S. and Europe reach the level of Colombia, the better for the U. N.

Global warming? Ha! The real problem is that there is too much Western currency floating around. Gotta burn those dollars up.

I still say, the U. N. solicitations for food dollars from the U. S., the demand for AIDS dollars for Africa, all the other relief efforts solicited by the U. N., are more about destroying U. S. wealth than anything else.

The West is being taken for a ride folks. It doesn’t end well.

The cost of foregone investments over the last 30 years is in the tens of trillions, perhaps 100 trillion. All due to a hoax.

No more money.

It will also cost about 500 million lives, at least, because this planet will return to Ice Age conditions. The geological record makes that clear. CO2 simply does not contain enough mass to stop the trend. So preparing the planet for warming, when we know cooling is coming, will result in millions of lives lost due to exposure and starvation. That is a fact. No models or public relations firms needed. Just the geological record alone proves it will occur.

If the average voter can understand what this fiasco is all about, why can’t John Kerry figure it out? Unless,of course,he doesn’t want to.

Yet, they know exactly how much it will cost to control the environment. Yeah, right!!!
