Speaking at publicly supported Morgan State University in Baltimore, a predominantly black institution of higher learning, Nation of Islam leader Luis Farrakhan issued threats over the shooting of Michael Brown and the no true bill verdict of the grand jury investigating it. The Daily Caller reports:
Farrakhan stated in his speech — given at Morgan State University, a black college located in Baltimore, Md. — that violence was justified in response to the decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson and peaceful protests are only in the interest of “white folks.”
We going to die anyway. Let’s die for something,” the radical figure told the crowd to roaring applause.
He even said the parents of teenagers should teach their kids how to throw Molotov cocktails. “Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can. Fight,” the minister advised, and then imitated throwing the explosive device.
Farrakhan argued that violence was justified by the “law of retaliation” HE claims is in both the Bible and the Koran.
“In this book, there’s a law for retaliation,” he said, while holding up what appeared to be the NOI version of the Koran, and repeated, “A law for retaliation.”

People get to choose their heros. I feel sad for people who look to this person as someone with answers to real problems.

Nah. They'll just move to another area and begin destroying it by just being themselves.
They have to get into another area; who is building with them in mind? Chances are the area they move to will look a lot like the ghetto they are fleeing. Section 8 housing will only accomodate so many of them, and much of that is in similar areas.
Always too easy to take or break other people’s stuff. Yep, probably would get section 8 housing in another neighborhood they can destroy later.

We have a prior example: Detroit.

Newark NJ has areas that were never rebuilt after the riots nearly 50 years ago, and their population has never recovered. They have a small downtown centered around a transit hub, an airport far removed from population centers, and miles of welfare recipients to fund from those sources. Not much chance of recovering at this point; businesses fleeing NYC make a point of avoiding Newark altogether. They tried to force the NJ Nets into their new arena there, but the Russian owner (probably realizing that welfare populations can’t afford tickets or jerseys) moved them to Brooklyn instead.

There is a bill of some sort going before congress that will give HUD (Housing and Urban Development) the authority to approve/disapprove all mortgages. The intent is to intergrate all neighborhoods in the USA by race and income.
It does seem that they want a poor Black family living beside every middle-class White person.
Those who won't abide by this rulling will not have a mortgage approved.
This is (Apparently) the governments solution to White-flight.
I don’t doubt it; there are no resources available for areas with 0% employment rates (regardless of color), and the government’s solution is to simply allocate each group of “makers” a corresponding share of “takers”. Some laws are already in place for this (affordable housing), but too often affordable housing in white areas is used by white retirees (who often have low incomes).
I guess it will be moot as young whites forego families (and the houses to raise them); they’ll be importing Asians and Hispanics to fill the homes, and they’ll deal with the consequences of outcome-based mortgage approvals.
