GotNews.com’s Ferguson police sources are confirming that they are grateful for the support of a libertarian militia group.

“I was wondering when volunteer militia would finally show up,” said a well-placed law enforcement source.

“The Oathkeepers started standing watch from Ferguson rooftops on Tuesday since Governor Nixon abdicated his duties Monday.”

The officers describe being overwhelmed by the mob and under-supported by state and federal authorities.

I have only seen a few reports of oweners defending their stores. Why didnt more do this rather than let them burn? Maybe they wanted them to burn so they could collect the insurance and move to a more civilized location?

Who they really need is the Korean shopkeepers who defended their stores during the L.A. riots (”can’t we all just get along?”) and had no problem opening fire on the feral looters.
