On November 29, 1963, President Lyndon Johnson directed the Warren Commission to “evaluate all the facts” in the brutal November 22 murder of his predecessor, John F. Kennedy, on a downtown Dallas street in broad daylight. Reduced to its bare essentials, the investigation sought answers to three fundamental questions: Who, why and how?
“Why” was entirely contingent on “who,” and that depended on “how.” Thus, the linchpin of the Warren Report—and every subsequent investigation—has always been precisely how Kennedy was assassinated in Dealey Plaza. That is the finding from which all the important answers flow; mishandle that question and the credibility of the entire report is undermined. The Warren Commission’s bungling of “how” is a primary reason why there have been so many residual doubts and conspiracy theories over the past 50 years.

Yep. After much study over many years I’ve come to the conclusion that it is likely Oswald did it alone. The only thing left in my mind is the 3rd shot recoiling backwards. Everytime I watch it it is hard for to accept the shot came from behind. Perhaps the driver accelerated at that point.
When it comes to motive, there are lots of groups that might have wanted to see the end of Kennedy - Start with the relatives of anyone they had assassinated, add in Cuba and Russia, the KKK, Black Panthers, and the Mob to name a few.
I do believe there was a cover up, the forensic investigation was botched, and the Warren Commission did not examine all the evidence they should have.
Initially, I thought the Warren Commission was probably on the right track, because Bobby seemed to accept the results. His assassination, and subsequent unanswered questions makes me believe that we don’t know every thing that was going on and never will.
Even if Oswald did it, who knows who really ordered it. I’ve heard no evidence that connects him with any of the other attempts.
I think Oswald’s personality, background, he was disciplined in the Marines, he lied about everything, I can go on shows that he was all mixed-up is the way I would describe him. So basically, he had the motivation and means to do it.
So, it seems the best explanation along with of course, the evidence, some evidence probably can have holes poked in it but until there is a persuasive conspiracy theory, I will think LHO did it. None of the conspiracy theories just for me, really pan-out, not the Mafia or anyone else.
I remember that day too. We’ll never again see the world as it was the day before Kennedy was shot.

Anyone who doubts the power and motivation of the Left to re-write history to push their agenda need to look no further than the Kennedy assassination.
It is a clear case of a communist punk killing the president. The evidence is overwhelming.

Read the testimony. Read why Jackie went to the trunk. Read the testimony of the cop who was following the limo. Read about the Harper fragment. You’re right, the gore went in all directions and went all over the inside of the limo but the pattern was left-rear.
I’ve read what you read about the preceding frames, I just haven’t based my ideas on that. My opinion is based on multiple sources. We can agree to disagree......

In any other country the VP would have been a prime suspect. Senate investigations were getting very close to pulling down LBJ. Extraordinarily corrupt. Kennedy made it clear he had no intentions of stepping in. For LBJ it was either his life long dream of being President or disgrace and possibly jail. JFK’ sister also made it known that Johnson was not going to be on 1964 ticket.

I think some documents have been released that were in the can for 50-75 years but not all documents. That said, I think the lions share have been released, maybe I’m wrong and all have been released.
Oswald himself said he was a “patsy”. Keep in mind that Oswald was never convicted of anything!

I would also keep in mind the total statement by Oswald.

And to this, even being as unbiased and fair as possible, it's hard to think the shooting of Officer Tippit was anything but a cold-blooded murder by Oswald. That case has numerous witnesses. It's only speculation I admit but it seems he would have been convicted of that.
I think Oswald was put up to doing it by LBJ's cronies. Then they squealed on him to make sure he was caught and murdered before he could go to trial.

Two questions did Kennedy staffers Powers and Odonnell are shots from the grassy Knoll? Reportedly they changed their testimony under pressure from the FBI.
Can someone lay out the timing of the reported 3 shots. Was the spacing adequate for 1 shooter to have taken the 1 and second shot or the second and third shot?

Is it just a coincidence Oswald worked in the building that the motorcade was driving by? How long was he working there? Wonder when he decided to carry out the assassination?
