What does your anti-rape face look like? Last week Ramapo College in NJ told students that they should take preventative measures to avoid sexual assault by practicing “anti-rape” facial expressions. In a presentation to freshmen students by the school’s coordinator of substance abuse and sexual assault prevention, students were advised on how to dress, how much to drink or not to drink, how to use body language to lessen the chances of assault, and that women should “practice how they articulate their face in a social setting by practicing in a mirror.” Um, WHAT?! Rightfully, students were pissed off by the victim blaming theme that ran through the presentation and have chosen to use humor to battle the ignorance. Taking to Twitter, students are posting their very best “anti-rape” faces, using the hashtag #MyAntiRapeFace. The school has responded and posted a mea culpa on their Facebook page, but it seems to us that they just don’t get it.

Ideal “anti-rape face”. And may it be the last face the creepazoid sees before he is instantly rehabilitated.
Lets just say that when she practices her anti rape face, she is dealing with contingency planning of the most hypothetical sort.
You know, it would be fairly easy, though somewhat dangerous, to determine if attractiveness or dress has anything to do with sexual assault.
Just send a variety of women through a hinky neighborhood at appropriate times in a variety of costumes, with of course appropriate backup to prevent the situation from getting too out of hand. See which women or costumes are more likely to attract the rapists.
I strongly suspect there is indeed a very significant correlation between sexual attractiveness and the chance of rape.
Sure, these pervs will assault unattractive or elderly women if nothing better is available, but I can pretty much guarantee they would prefer a hot young thing.
Old women get raped, I’m talking 90 year olds, fat women get raped, 2 year olds get raped, very ugly women get raped. It isn’t about looks, it’s about the power the rapist has over his victim.
The best protection from rape is an armed potential victim. Shoot the rapist and shoot to kill and he will never rape again.

Back in the late '50s or early '60s my younger brother and I were on a NYC subway. He did that and then fell on the floor. Cleared the car in no time. Scared Hell out of me as I thought he was really having a fit - until he started laughing. We got off at the next stop and high-tailed it.
