How the Chamber beat the tea party in 2014
Politico ^ | November 9, 2014 | MAGGIE HABERMAN |

After the 2012 election, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s top political adviser, Scott Reed, surveyed the damage – tens of millions of dollars spent only to lose the White House and a slew of winnable Senate races — and vowed that 2014 would be different.

Some $70 million and a Republican wave later, the business lobby, one of the biggest spenders in the midterm elections, is feeling very good about its return on investment. Its conclusion after 2012 — that they had to take on tea party challengers in primaries and create a more business-friendly slate of general election candidates who could compete with Democrats — has been validated by Tuesday night’s results, Chamber brass say.

The Chamber of Commerce crony capitalists think that they have bought the election, while ignoring the fact that they have in fact grabbed a ferocious TEA-colored tiger by the tail.

Screw the CofC! They were instrumental in destroying Sarah Steelman, which gave us Todd Akin, which led to the re-election of Mother McCaskill. Six more years of listening to this gum-flapping, denture-rattling curmudgeon!

Chris Redfern, Chairman of the Ohio Democrat Party, was defeated by a Tea party supporter. Redfern resigned after the drubbing the party took in Ohio.
Never forget that!

The law makers have repeatedly stated there is no point in a new law closing the borders if it is disregarded.

There are already adequate laws if they were enforced.

The problem is the treacherous tyrant in the White House. Till he is gone, there is no hope

Not commies, just good old fashioned greedy capitalists who realize they can make a lot of money from government pork and flooding the labor market. The same kind that Lenin said would fight each other to sell the commies the rope to hang them.

Politico has always been Hillary’s PR agent. It is trying to keep the Chamber vs. Tea Party feud going to weaken her opposition for ‘16. The focus for all branches of Republican/Tea Party/Libertarian small-government believers should be to keep the Alinsky Leftist b***h out of the White House. Period.

As Jesse used to say, “Keep your eyes on the prize.” We can fight for turf later.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (Rep-Ala) accused some of the world´s largest corporation of "scheming with the White House" to circumvent the law. The Obama Admin has solicited green cards and work authorizations-for low-skilled workers in order to ´get business on-board....

====================================================

Chamber of Commerce members flacking for Obama--including publicly-traded companies---should take heed. There have been thousands of accusations of human rights abuse, extortion, and even reports of murder on the freight trains transporting undocumented migrants to the US border....many coming to work in their companies.

The trains involved in these are publicly-traded companies, traded on NASDAQ, with "very influential stockholders", such as the Clintons and billionaire Mexico resident, Carlos Slim. Other stockholders include,T Rowe Price, Bank of America, and General Electric.

The real eye-opener is that these freight train companies are involved in the Narco trade, and one report makes it clear that the companies are aware of the abusive practices their train operators are engaging in. The border swarm is all about human trafficking, narco trafficking, and government and corporate collusion.

=============================================

"The Beast"---not exactly the LI Limited. No running water
and flush toilets on those freight trains. How did the
Chamber's future employees handle body wastes?

Coming to work in your town.

============================================

One more thing, Chamber members, publicly-traded companies, etc........

The SEC and IRS would be interested in municipalities using tax dollars----and its public school districts using tax-exempt education bond proceeds---- to finance illegals.

Tax-exempt municipal bond investors---and education bond investors-- may have legal grounds if they were deceived about deceptive bond offerings characterizing the uses of tax-free bond proceeds.

In many cases, bond issues are approved by voters---at the ballot box--so that voters may have also been misled WRT uses of fraudulent bond offerings.

Also culpable are:

<><> bonding companies underwriting possible fraudulent bond issues;

<><> banks holding possibly fraudulent bond proceeds;

<><> municipal and school finance administrators allocating bond proceeds,

<><> municipal and school personnel accepting the bond proceeds.

<><> municipal and school vendors accepting possible fraudulent bond proceeds.

<><> publicly-funded tax-exempt groups advocating the uses of fraudulent bond proceeds.

Contact the IRS Fraud Unit

EMAIL Banking oversight agencies

============================================

The Chamber of Commerce should hope that taxpayers do not find out which banks are facilitating this.
<><> Which banks are designated the repositories of municipal tax dollars.
<><> Which banks are dispensing tax-exempt bond proceeds.

Pundits, politicos and scheming spineless politicians may think that the GOP triumphed over Democrats on the backs of a defeated Tea Party sentiment in this country.

They can brew and boast all they want about CoC money, a higher-than-usual Latino support, changes in support from women, young people, and a host of other reasons that sound good to them.

I know better. This election, and GOP success was not borne of any of it. It was won by conservatives who didn’t sit this one out. It was won by conservatives determined to vote AGAINST the evil that is the Democrat Party. Nothing more. Republicans have been given a chance (probably its last chance) to do something about Obama - stop him, and to keep his ilk from office so that the heavy damage that has been done to this country can be repaired, if that is possible.

My advice to them is to stop making up reasons why, stop torturing statistics and polls to get the desired outcome and to actually start governing like Americans working for Americans (citizens).

POLITICO lies, lies, lies.
For example they omit that David Jolly was NOT the CoC choice for that seat.

Tea Party slightly increased it’s numbers this year.

“The demise of the TEA Party has been greatly exaggerated.”

__________________________________________________________

Exactly. While a number of TEA Party challengers got screwed over in the primaries, most notably Chris McDaniel in Mississippi, a number of TEA Party candidates won office last Tuesday.

Maine’s TEA Party governor, Paul LePage, was re-elected; a conservative won Maine’s 2nd Congressional district, the largest district east of the Mississippi, in area; Mia Love won in Utah, to name just a few.

Anyone who under-estimates the TEA Party does so at their peril.

Does the Chamber of Commerce have an explanation for that?
