FULL TITLE: Two boys, 13 and 14, 'raped two sixth-grade girls for hours in the auditorium of their Bronx middle school'
A 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy have been arrested for raping two sixth-grade girls for nearly two hours in the auditorium of their middle school, police have said.
The two young girls, who are just 12 and 13, were lured into the area at the Urban Science Academy in the Bronx on October 16 and attacked for at least two class periods, officials said.
Although the students were missing from class for hours, no teacher or security officer went to look for them, the New York Daily News reported.
'These boys took advantage of the girls by luring them into the area, cornering them and imposing their wills on them,' said attorney Alan Ripka, who is going to file a lawsuit against the city.

Well as long as a condom was used and just in case one of those .15 condoms has a leak, a good abortion clinic on hand, the parents or public need not be bothered with this little episode of youthful indiscretions.

That there's any question about suspension along with the usual mystery says to me that they are members of a protected group. They weren't Asian, Jewish, Christian or White, that's for certain.

The boy who shot his friends (and himslef) at school last week in Washington State was 14. I wonder how much of the information they have access to (he retweeted porno stuff) is meant for an adult (porn, violent movies, sex ed, etc.) that they just can’t process fully with their undeveloped minds? Really sad.

Yes, this is an “underperforming” school. Lack of supervision may be part of the reason.
But there’s something off about this story. The girls were 12 and 13, the boys 13 and 14. I’m not getting a coercion vibe from this. Not for an entire hour of rape. Unless they were bound and gagged, but the Daily Mail didn’t say that, and they of all news outlets would not fail to supply such gory details.
That suspension for the boys is apparently questionable would seem to throw coercion into doubt, so maybe your “vibe” is right. As disagreeable as the notion may be, possibly the girls have claimed rape in an attempt to keep themselves out of trouble? That won’t be a popular conclusion, despite ample evidence that our corrosively sexualized culture is corrupting even young children, let alone teens.
They might be suspended? My vote is life without parole. Rape is an adult crime, and the rape of a young child merits a real penalty.

In some states all sexual contact under the age of fourteen or thirteen is considered rape.
