DC community gathers to support family of 9-year-old shot in head, rally for end of gun violence

Love, hope and outrage. Those emotions were running high Friday night in a D.C. neighborhood. The community gathered to support and pray for the family of a 9-year old who was shot while playing outside.

The little boy's mother told us he is making progress and slowly healing. Her neighbors came out in a big way to show that they were here for her.

“When the bullets rang out and one hit my son over his right eye, he laid on that concrete asking what was wrong with his head,” Monique Nichols recalled.

I’m glad this case is getting publicity. And its not racial as both shooter and victim are black. Cases such as this are All too common. And don’t often get attention like this.

Based on media and people like Sharpton/Jackson you would swear the biggest threat of violence to blacks is from white Hispanic neighborhood watch volunteers or white cops.

Banning the Second Amendment is not how you “end gun violence”. Putting criminals in prison and leaving them there is how you end gun violence. Every time one of America’s CLOWN JUDGES orders that criminals be released from prison, you put some clown judges in prison to take the place of the criminals being released.
