Dallas County DA Craig Watkins office is looking into the possibility of filing charges against the Liberian man that brought the first case of Ebola into the United States. Authorities in both the U.S. and Liberia are investigating whether Thomas Eric Duncan knew he had been exposed to the Ebola virus before traveling to Dallas. If thats the case then District Attorney Craig Watkins says the state crime of aggravated assault may come into play for exposing others to the Ebola virus. Were dealing with the issue that he may have knowingly exposed individuals in Dallas County to the ebola virus said Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins. Weve prosecuted individuals, for knowingly exposing individuals to HIV which is aggravated assault.

Grandstanding moron!
As he should. I’ve been out of the country enough to respect not doing garbage to it. What a dumb a— this Thomas Duncan has been. Selfish so and so.
If the immigration folks were competent....they’d merely wait till this guy gets cleared from the hospital (which I’d expect in six weeks), and then truck him to the airport and send him back. Stamp him in some fashion that he never gets another visa again.
In the present deal...I’d expect him to be around for years.
Craig Watkins is the worthless idiot. He should avoid the cameras and stick to his job! Dallas voters should fire him at the earliest opportunity!
>> Grandstanding moron!
Yup.
Go after the hero of benghazi for letting him in.
We may be on the tip of something here....
How does a guy “just decide to go to the USA” ....?
How did he get the money for the ticket?
What is his visa status?
Who the hell is he?
This isnt tin foil hat shi’ite....but basic questions that need answers!
Sounds like racism to me...
Can you imagine the Ebola transmission if some jihadi boy acquires the virus, stews with it, and sets himself off in a suicide vest inside a shopping mall or enclosed venue? He will aerosolize his fluids 500' in every direction. Tens of thousands would be infected in one day. Those sprayed from the pink mist and then the responders, then the medical crews, and then the clean-up crews along with their families, mass transit vehicles, etc.....
he’s dead..zed.. no charges need apply
the man knew he had been directly exposed and knew what he was infected with when he went to the first ER for treatment, but didn’t reveal the truth...thus putting not only those hospital workers in jeopardy, but those in subsequent ER’s as he was bounced around and sent home with antibiotics.
yet he not only lied to get here - he knowingly, if reports are true, took NO precautions to avoid spreading it to his family. It’s reported that he slept, at one time or another, on EVERY mattress in the house!
Willful and wanton disregard of others lives.

smoke n’ mirrors ... the criminal is the obola administration ... beginning with the snake’s head .. obola himself.
It would make much more sense to ban travelers from affected countries (including US citizens), secure borders, and stop the flow of refugees into the US.
That would be racist. Can't do that. It's more important to King Obola that hundreds of thousands or even millions of Americans die than to discriminate against a few people of color.
GOOD! Send him back to Liberia!
His friends and his boss already said he came here to be cured after learning he was exposed to Ebola. The guy is a criminal!
May have? He certainly lied to get into our country. His family claims he slept on every mattress they have (we don't know if that was because he wanted them infected or because the family lied in the hope that government would buy them all new mattresses). His family continued going out in public and to school even after they were warned. This is not a good person, nor are those in his family good people.
there are at least 10,000,000 illegals that need to be charged too.
