It would make much more sense to ban travelers from affected countries (including US citizens), secure borders, and stop the flow of refugees into the US.
That would be racist. Can't do that. It's more important to King Obola that hundreds of thousands or even millions of Americans die than to discriminate against a few people of color.
Securing the US borders would mean the end of the Obama Open Borders Initiative, so it won't happen.
The worst thing I can say about Mr. Duncan is that he didn't want to die -- which he had about a 99% chance of doing if he had stayed in Liberia. The best thing I can say about Obama -- I don't dare say. The first very very very basic infectious disease control step would be to STOP ISSUING VISAS to travelers from the affected regions!
