YIKES! Hope you start to feel better soon.
How soon will they ban cars altogether, because they are incompetent, and make you walk a mile?
I couldn’t make it in that traffic. I’d go stark raving mad.

It's Bedlam! I nearly struck a pedestrian this evening on the way home. There's a law in DC now that you have to yield to a pedestrian "in" the crosswalk. The locals think that means they can walk out from the curb at an intersection controlled by a stop sign in front of a car traveling at speed on a major artery and they're supposed to be let though.
We are surrounded by idiots.

Kathy, the Paterfamilias of the CH-53 family, the CH-53 "Jolly Green Giant" flew with and provided support for us in 'Nam over four decades ago.
Taking off in a CH-53 was a totally different experience from taking off in a CH-46 - like going off the line in a 'Vette compared to a VW.

Good evening, Ms Feather...((HUGS))...sound beautiful!
The yard is covered in orange leaves, as is the driveway. I will have to sweep this weekend. The lawn folks will get the yards.
My Mom has a squirrel trying to get in the window where she feeds him peanuts. Just what I need...a squirrel in the house. LOL!
Oh, we have termination dust starting to show on the mountains. Clear and cold and dropping below freezing at night.

I’ve jumped out of both -
The 53 was an animal!
The 46 - more like a VW minibus
