New York’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade will finally end its ban on gay groups marching in its annual Irish celebration, organizers said Wednesday.
OUT@NBCUniversal—a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender affinity group at 30 Rock—will be flying its banner and marching up Fifth Avenue on March 17, officials said.
That’ll be the only gay group marching in the 2015 version of the world’s largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade, but other LGBT groups can apply in future years, spokesman Bill O’Reilly said. …

So you disount the rumor that there will be one group with two banners marchng just in front of of the LBQTers?
The First banner: ‘Missionaries to Save Lost Souls and Sinners’
Then, the green-cald Missionaries
Then, the Second Banner: “Lost Souls and Sinners”
I don’t know. It seems that the group that will be marching is affiliated with NBC, and that NBC threatened to pull its television coverage if they weren’t allowed to march under the homosexual banner.

Well we gave up the beer and now we are giving up the parade-not up to our standards.
Am not surprised that the USCCB and C Dolan would join in, though it is so wrong it’s beyond getting mad at.
The USCCB and C Dolan are not doing this in a vacuum but with the implicit approval of the Pope. I’m sure C Dolan checked in w/the Vatican first before saying anything about the parade and gay participation in it. This fits right in with this Pope’s social justice background that he has brought right with him into the Vatican. St. Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland, and now they are slithering in through the back door (think about that) once again via the parades.

Every marching group should pull out of the parade altogether. Boycott it. Let the Irish homos and lesbos march alone.

You are correct, of course, but I wonder just how many will withdraw from the parade.
It’s paid for by the people of South Boston.They say who marches and who doesn’t.Been like that for about 10yrs.
