Recently, states and communities have started to ban saggy pants, requiring those with their pants too low to pay a fine for indecency. The latest city to support the ban is Pikeville, Tennessee. If residents are caught sagging, they will be charged a $25 fine.
The ban has raised questions over whether or not the government has the right to institute laws that regulate someones fashion choices. There are also doubts as to whether police will take the time to enforce the law.
All I know is we just dont want them running around half-naked on our streets, Pikeville Mayor Phil Cagle told the Times Free Press. Thats the bottom line.
The ordinance was unanimously approved in the city, and anyone with pants hanging more than three inches below the top of the hips will be forced to pay the fine.
While some argue that the law is racist, officials claim that health concerns are top of mind as well.
What do you think of the new law?
Saggy Pants = A member of the Ben Dover Club ?
It’s indecent exposure.
Was funny online there’s a guy trying to run from a crime tripping over his pants.
Yea, we get it. Any criticism of any black is racism because the media and rh Rats will parrot the meme.
They can run around naked, like the apes, for all I care.
Saggy pants are a cop's best friend. The perps get a sidewalk sandwich and you don't have to hit 'em.
People need to dress as to who they see themselves to be. If they want to dress like this, it will be hard for them to find a job. We need a few things to laugh at, and I’d like to laugh and mock this wise group that lets their buns show. Leave them alone. Let them be themselves.
In this day and age how could they NOT know the origin of this?
Ah, yes, the old “Clown Suit” for job interviews.
Oh, BTW, this should be easy - just find a few white plumbers and fine them.
“Unfortunately most are highly fertile...”
Sadly, said fertility seems to vary in direct proportion to the number of baby mommas willing to copulate.

Well yes. If your fashion sense runs to nudity then the Government has laws concerning that. If you can be required to wear a helmet to ride a friggin bicycle for safety reason then why not required to have your pants pulled up for safety reasons? Come on liberlas get on borad with this you got to protect these folks from themselves. Its what you do right?

In 7th grade, my Drama teacher told my class the origins. It didn’t stop the idiot guys from doing it, however.
dat SUPAHMAKET Shot has to have been A Set Up!
Here is what I find interesting... It seems like styles always change decade to decade— bell bottoms in the 70’s, preppy n the 80’s, grunge in the 90’s. Yet this ridiculous and uncomfortable, inconvenient fashion has been popular with the black community for about 15 years now! It almost as if they’ve found perfection in idiocy hope to stick with it.
Poor MLK,if he could ever see these guys.
.
When I was a kid fifty years ago if you ran around with your pants below your undies, the cops would have grabbed you and made you change your ways in a hurry. Nobody would have tolerated stupid stuff like that. I’m tired of giving in to morons.
