Calm has come to Ferguson, Missouri, after nights of violent unrest over the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. But a crucial question lingers: What happens if the grand jury considering the case doesn't return a charge against the officer?

The battle cry from the sixties emerges once again: “Let’s burn this mofo (sic) down!” Probably any non-white neighboring or going through an African American community will be a strong target for knock out game treatment. or even worse. Best to get open carry or concealed carry if you can. If not, avoid those places completely until the embers and tensions have sufficiently cooled—which may take time. Learn from history. We’ve been through this 3 times in the last 45 years.
If they riot, STOP the welfare checke!
What happens? Cue Ray Charles:
Well, it’s riot time again, so grab your hoodies.
There’s a bunch of burnin’, lootin’ to be done.
Bring busloads of brothers in from East St. Louis,
‘Cause our fifteen-minute fame be just begun.
He had just robbed a store in strong arm fashion, then began bee-boppin down the road wearing his new “felony” like a badge of honor when he and his thug partner came into contact with Johnny lawman. Instead of taking a low key demeanor which very well could have caused him to breath life giving air the very next day of his young life, Michael Brown chose to act once again like the thug that he was becoming.
He brought an attitude and a fist to a gun fight...and lost!
If the negro community chooses to riot, let’em riot. They also will reap what the sow.
Any logical human being can look at the facts of this case, study Michael's social media profile/post, rapper Brown lyrics, school performance, past run ins with the law and tell this guy was rapidly descending into a life of hardcore crime.
Store owners know now to be on the look out for possible crimes against their property/person. They have a right to defend themselves. Cops have the right also to defend themselves when pelted with rocks, bottles and gasoline incendiaries.
If these people refuse to accept that the facts are the facts, then let’em carry on and society carry on in response.
Nothing should happen. This mess was created by Obama and his corrupt group of incompetents. If any one should be in jail it should be Obama, Holder and most of the media.
Ferguson will continue its death spiral into a welfare reservation, maybe a bit more quickly. What else could happen?
All whites, and any blacks that can, will flee; the inhabitants will all be wards of the state.
I see what you did there...
Not to worry.
Obama will calm the waters with appeasement of his base.
Holder has an ongoing Federal Civil Rights FBI investigation in Ferguson - (40 agents on this case), which will result in officer Wilson being charged criminally in Federal Court.
It’s coming.

Time for some historical review:
http://www.highbeam.com/topics/race-riots-watts-1965-t10641
I watched the Watts riots on TV. At the same time, I had several friends who were National Guard reservists who were called up for duty in the riots. The reports I got back from these soldiers, told of the real warfare and were nothing like what the media showed. No need to go into details.
A lot of similarity between Watts and this event in terms of what the government and “black leaders” contributed. Little has changed.
All Holder did was promise that he would twist the law every which way he could think of to bring Wilson up on some trumped up charge so that the black people could have their lynching.
Avoidance is what most intelligent people do, and the majority of the people in Ferguson are staying home, while a few hundred many not even from Ferguson give the town a bad rep.
We went through this conversation about the Trayvon fiasco. Mass riots were predicted if he was not convicted. We’ll get the same threats, but by the time it is all adjudicated most will have refocused on something else.
Keep strangers out...

The same thing that happens if he is convicted & hung on the spot.
The same thing as when the local NBA/NFL team wins (or loses) the championship.
"You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before."
Rahm Emanuel
"Loot while the looting is good."
I’m beginning to feel exactly the way you do.
Just as the Democrats kept the Trayvon fiasco alive to rally their low information voter base through the 2012 election, they’ll keep the Michael Brown fiasco alive through this November’s election.
"We mean business!
If the white guy doesn't get the death penalty we're gonna' loot
every store in our neighborhood and burn down all our own houses."
Dorian Johnson needs to be charged.
