The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, expecting different results. Zo says, that if the GOP re-nominates Romney, they should be put in an asylum.

Cruz is the top conservative voice of any politician in the country.
He will not get the presidential nomination (hope to be wrong).
Then more freepers will realize it is time to have a Conservative party and make the GOP the third party.
Everyone has to hit their heads against the wall one more time.

GHWB read the polling Tea Leaves in '92 and threw in the towel. Perot pulled about 9% of the vote, leaving Clinton about 1% ahead. Basically, Bush dogged the campaign. Throwing federal charges at the cop who saved Rodney King's worthless life was no help, either.
GHWB? Wimp.

A lot of folks were, rightfully, not buying the NAFTA BS either and Perot spoke to that crowd very effectively. GHWB can blame himself for his loss I think.

No. Insanity would be nominating him in 2012. Nominating him in 2016 would be intentional self destruction.

[Perot is]
... the one responsible for getting OJ Clinton elected. Bullsh*t. You have no idea who would have won that race if it had only been between Clinton and Bush or Clinton and Dole, nor does anyone else.
AMERICANS tired of the stupid charade of a "choice" that was pretty much pretend (like the "choice" between Coke or Pepsi) are responsible for making it so Clinton was WEAKENED THE MINUTE HE GOT IN OFFICE because both times he was elected, the majority of Americans voted for somebody else; MOST Americans rejected Clinton at the ballot box, and it was PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.
Had either Clinton or the Republican candidate ever been given a majority mandate in either of those elections -- which Perot and smart Americans DENIED them -- then the Republican Revolution would probably never have happened, and FOR SURE Clinton would never have been impeached.
Conventional "wisdom" -- an oxymoron most of the time, as in this case -- is that Perot was a "bad" thing. In fact, Perot was a good thing, and IF we are LUCKY, we will have a third-party (more accurately, second party) candidate in 2016 that will again help Americans WEAKEN whichever leftist statist liberal, the Democrat or the Republican, ends up in the White House.

That's right - but what I do know, and despite all your ranting, is that Perot is the one responsible for getting OJ Clinton elected. That's a fact.

I will here and now make a cascading prediction:
She won’t run based on her doctors’ advice. And if she does run, she will die (or come close to death) on the campaign trail.
Either way, there will not be another President klintoon.
