I hear the family hired Sherlock Holmes to investigate the crime, and Arnie Becker as an attorney.
A hulk of a MAN with adrenaline (and drugs?) running through his system comes charging at me? You can bet that I’m going to keep shooting until he’s down.
Keep in mind that Francis Robles used to work for the Miami Herald and was a key insider/enabler for the Trayvon Martin family. It looks like she is reprising that role in the Michael Brown Ferguson case.
So much for him being gunned down when he was running away.
Agreed.
If you are justified in shooting someone, you should keep shooting until he’s on the ground and immobilized.
Just because the autopsy indicates the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th shot was the “fatal” one does not mean the 5th and/or 6th are not needed at the time.
I’m really bad at Twitter, so I need a short summary of what this is telling us.

An important point that I never hear from the media.
NOT running away but running towards the Police Officer, BIG difference!!!
From what I gather (and any LEO on FR may can verify) is they are trained to keep shooting until the threat is ‘neutralized’.
I know if I saw that hulk charging at me.....I’d be emptying a clip or two.
Apparently the government is going to haul the fat piece of meat all over for more exams to get the right government doctor to ‘prove’ that poor little Brown was shot in the back with a machine gun.

In other words, Dr Baden relied on the science of the autopsy report.
All the things mentioned beyond that won’t change the facts revealed by the body. Of course, truth is not what the other party is seeking. Now it’s a political narrative that will be *supported* by *their* evidence.
Cloths and witnesses are not part of an autopsy
In my OPINION this Baden is a flim flam man, he will say anything if the price is right. He’s basically a BS artist for hire. I read a book of his a while ago, and the impression I got from it, is someone comes up with a theory of how someone died, no matter how ridiculous, and then he does an autopsy or looks at the reports and bends the facts to fit that theory.
It means the Ghetto Bull, was facing the Officer when he shot multiple times. All entry wounds were on his front side. The most logical scenario is he was charging the Officer and was shot repeatedly as he charged until the eye shot dropped him. (as at least one witness has reportedly stated.)
Given the number of times he was hit my suspicion is that the blood toxicology will show Junior was pumped on something.
