People who wear glasses....etc, etc and so forth.....LOL!
How are you, sir? :)
Yeah, but mine don’t make me look like Spongebob. :)
I’m well. Hope you are too.
Nope, they don’t. I think you both look rather dashing in your specs. :)
I’m dandy! Just hangin’ out here in FR!
I would agree except it seems the law doesn’t mean much any more. The Democrats keep on doing what they do and nobody stops them.
I’m sure someone has posted this but here is the DA in question. She is a hateful, vengeful old bitch.

KBH survived and thrived after the trumped up charges against her. But Tom Delay did not.
Since this the weakest criminal case, possibly ever, I think Perry will come out of it fine.
I somehow get the idea that you are not a Rick Perry fan.
And since he’s not, you’re not allowed to be, either. On FR we’ve always let CA people tell us how to think. /s
;)
Belushi like Elvis. Only Elvis went to Tahiti, and Belushi went to Texas and joined the LGBTQWXYZ community.
She is a lush I don’t know how she was able to even start her car much less drive..
I just wonder how many other times this drunk has been stopped and let go because she scared the police that stopped her..I think the word should go out to find out how many let her go..
The complainants logic and use of the Texas Abuse of Authority Statute is that Perry used his office to abusively pressure Lehmberg into quiting her job. The legitimate gubinatorial veto power is not in question, it was Perrys alleged public character assassination of Lehmberg that was the cause of the suit.
There needs to be an immediate counter suit brought against the prosecutor and Lehmberg in federal court for malicious prosecution with intent to prevent Perrys constitutionally protected speech and campaign activity.Perry portrayed the TRUTH about Lemberg. She did herself in and can blame no one but herself.
That federal law suit should be started yesterday with an immediate order to stay the indictment until the federal court can review the case and order otherwise.
Look at the Lehmberg videos April 12 & 13 2013 ( LAST YEAR):

How can Perry be blamed for Lehmbergs own conduct?

Thanks for the ping.
This is obviously political dirty tricks.

Travis County to pay for prosecutors in Perry, Lehmberg cases, but nobody knows how much
Mashhood, Farzad. McClatchy - Tribune Business News [Washington] 11 Sep 2013.

(extract)
“...The county is responsible for paying the pair of special prosecutors examining whether Lehmberg’s post-arrest behavior constituted obstruction, and whether Gov. Rick Perry broke any law when he threatened to veto funding for the DA’s Public Integrity Unit unless Lehmberg resigned. ...”
(snip)
“...The criminal cases are both before a special grand jury, impaneled last week. ...”
Am I reading this right? Did the same Grand Jury hear both cases?
