What good is a large military if the people in charge don’t know how to use it effectively?
We really haven’t won a war since WWII. Yes, we have won battles (Gulf War 1 and 2, etc), but we have not acted decisively in any conflict since WW2. By decisive, I mean utterly crushing the enemy in battle and imposing favorable terms for the cessation of hostilities.
It appears the Obamanation has some work left to do to whittle that superiority down.
