You see these trains all the time around metro Seattle.
But not in the rivers!
That’s an expensive train wreck. Financially, I’d call this a train wreck for sure.
A new, and expensive, way of testing fuselage water tightness.
Washington state Ping.
“Boeing Fuselages In Montana River After Train Derails”
This is Obama’s fault!
If we only had high-speed rail, as the LibTards want, things like this would NEVER happen...as the cars would be empty of passengers AND cargo!
*SMIRK*
Not only expensive but will set back production by at least a couple of years.time to buy stock in malox
It reminds me of that Fugitive Guy movie where the plane hits a train and ends up in a river.
How would you like to find out that the aircraft you are in was once in the river?
Yep, in Kansas City railyards too. They ship em up from Wichita, I believe before heading up the Missouri to the BNSF mainline to the NW.
Boeing said the train was carrying six 737 fuselages, fuselage panels and a lower lobe for the 777, and a leading edge flight surface for the 747.
Yeah, I was not far from there when the derailment happened last week, BUT I DIDN’T CAUSE IT!
Sounds like a case of sabotage, to me.
Somehow this will become a liberal argument against the pipeline, or trains transporting anything other than immigrant children. Time will tell.
Dennis Washington, Montana RailLink's president.
Anybody check to see if Malaysian Airline is in the river?
One the safety measures that was adopted by Canada, following the Lac Megantic accident was that an annual assessment of track safety must be done for all tracks that carry oil tank cars.. The Boeing accident highlights the need for this safety assessment.
The real crime of train accidents is that the bulk of the costs are paid by the federal government, not the train companies or the cargo owners. That means if an oil train explodes or a. coal train causes a land slide, you and every other tax payer is on the hook for the costs.
Boeing is building 42 737s per month and losing 6 fuselages sets them back that far? Don't understand.
Are those not the triple 7 fuselages?
