The emperor is not pleased.
So, his minions are now calling him the Constitutional attorney in the White House? How about changing that to the Constitutional dissembler in the white hut?
I’m sure Boner is readying his pen for a strongly worded letter.
The emperor is not pleased.
The Child is not pleased.
He always says something like this after a setback but then never pursues it. He is just grandstanding for the media and the base.
My first read of your post yielded “strangely worded letter” - which is probably more accurate anyway.
I find it difficult to believe that he's ever actually read any part of the US Constitution. Das Kommunistische Manifest (The Communist Manifesto) and Das Kapital, sure, but not the US Constitution.

The current mantra of the Left is that women will now be denied contraception and are going to die. That’s BS and Alitos opinion clearly spells out other ways for those few women impacted by this to get their contraception.

Lastly, one thing that gnaws on me, and it is not an issue here, is people saying we have co equal branches of government. Any reading of the Federalist Papers shows there was no attempt to do that when the government was framed. Rather, the voice of the people was to be supreme and that voice speaks through the Congress.
Is he any more brave than we are?
We just shake our fists at the screen and grit our teeth.
