Interesting. If I were living in Illinois and was taking care of my rehabilitating wife, as I am now, I would have had to join a union. Right! Great decision by the USSC!

OK so it's not like she's working somewhere and getting a salary and was forced to join a union. She's working at home, providing care for nobody but her son, receiving Medicaid, and the governor of Illinois decided she was a state employee and healthcare worker and forced her to join a union? Insane.

And another thing. She receives $1300 from the state in Medicaid and is considered a state employee healthcare worker. $1300 a month is $15,600 a year, or $300 a week, or $7.50 an hour for a 40 hour week. Minimum wage in Illinois is $8.25. I'd sue over that as well.
