Honduras’s first lady will travel to the United States to find and return the country’s unaccompanied minors who have recently flooded across the border, the president’s office said Wednesday.
In an effort to track down 13,000 Honduran children who made their way to the U.S. through Mexico, President Juan Orlando Hernández has created a commission that includes transportation, migration and foreign affairs authorities. But immigration lawyers say Honduran officials will face several legal challenges before they can repatriate the children.
A surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America has overwhelmed U.S. authorities in recent months. Between October 2013 and May of this year, nearly 50,000 children under 18 traveling without a parent or guardian were apprehended, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection....

Countries have issued harsh penalties to their own treasonous leaders for much less.
We had an exchange student from there living with us in California back around 1974. She was in some sort of elite family (hence being able to come to the US and own a car) and she said there are people like her folks and peasants. PERIOD.

You are right. This isn’t just thousands of people deciding, all at the same time, with no outside help, to do this. It is a coordinated invasion.
Obama is giving these grifter counties hundreds of millions of tax dollars to take care of this mess. Compared to what these hoards of illegals will cost us for generations, it may be money well spent.

Honduras was run by the military until 1982 when it was turned over to civilian control and that was when its constitution was created. It was not a constitutional republic in 1974.

I’d suggest to you that being out here, waking folks up, even those lurkers passing through reading what you write, you ARE involved. And you are playing the part that God scripted for you, however small or large it is.
Never underestimate your own part in the world. It unfolds as God says it should, and not everyone is cut out for being in the political boxing ring. He created people for that purpose as well.

Sure. And “they” count on that. But you have YOUR voice, and YOUR personal sphere of influence, and YOUR ability to vocalize what you see going on - and you USE that ability to change a mind, wake up a soul, and fire up another American Spirit around you. You’re around people EVERY day, and you have a chance EVERY day to influence and teach someone... or just let them know that they’re not alone, and you see what’s going on as well.

And that is a true thing. Your voice is a lot larger than you know.

If she does—I will respect her and Honduras a whole lot more!
If Honduras would embrace and invite capitalism it would become a paradise virtually overnight. The world’s capital is looking for a good home, and Honduras could become that home. (IMHO)

The plan has been simmering for a year or more, no doubt about it. I suspect we're paying the parents, coaxing them into sending their kids off on a journey to our border. "Separating" families just so they can serve as justification for a law to reunite them here in the U.S.
Just like the Gunwalker / Fast & Furious stuff, intended to provide certain needed results and statistics - all to match the administration's agenda.

Not that annexing Mexico is more than a pipe-dream... but it's a good way to vent. Mexico has a lot of natural resources - oil, minerals, sandy beaches, motivated non-union labor, etc.
I believe the output from Mexico would exceed the input if we weren't led by a Marxist. Think of all of the savings from eliminating "the war on drugs" between the regions! I also believe most Mexicans, given the proper education, would be natural conservatives (God fearing, family oriented, hard working...).
The combination would add up to a benefit versus and endless cost.
