Tuesday while President Barack Obama was answering questions at TechShop Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, he used first lady Michelle Obama as an example of the importance of equal pay for families. The president explained he wants Michelle to get fairly paid for her efforts.
"I want her to get what she rightful deserves," he said. "The first lady is a bad example because the first lady doesn't get paid and she works pretty hard."
In 2012 it was widely reported taxpayers had already spent approximately $1.4 billion dollars on everything from staffing, clothing, housing, flying and entertaining Obama's family. The Office of the First Lady comes with a staff that includes the White House Social Secretary, a Chief of Staff, Hair and Makeup Professionals, Executive Chef, Press Secretary, Chief Floral Designer and more. Michelle Obama has over 20 staff members which is a record for first ladies.

She does work pretty hard, COMPARED TO HIM.
What’s wrong with being a homemaker?
What a great deal it would be for the American taxpayer if we agreed to pay Michelle exactly what Barack makes and she agreed to cover all travel, clothing and entertainment expenses for her and her Mom.
What she does get is a multimillion dollar budget to advance her personal agenda.
I guess she could always go back to that 200 grand a year no-show hospital job in Chicago.

She will sign a book deal with a 12 million dollar advance before she leaves the White House.
15 million if there is a divorce involved.
Scheduling vacations is a tough job.
We never asked her to “work”, which I would call meddling, nor did we ask for her to have a tax funded staff of 20 servants. Lay them all off...including her.

At what? Packing for vacation, pulling the meat out of the 2 lb. Australian Lobster tail, or cutting the foil on the $100 bottles of Wine?
Now that I think of it, she has someone do that for her as well.
Let me guess - she slaves over a hot stove to make lunches for elementary school kids, right?
She dresses...with help and feeds her face. Occasionally she does a food bit...mostly to just tell us how stupid we are.
